This 4th floor Majestic end unit in Tower 1 (The more desirable tower) large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

*****Never take an elevator your entire stay at the Majestic. There is a stairwell directly in front of the condo and you can take 2 flights down the the pool and beach level. The elevator lines at the Majestic can get pretty long in the peak season****

TOWER 1 AT THE MAJESTIC

* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom. (New king bed in the main master bedroom For 2023 season)

The oceanfront master has a king size bed a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony. The connected private bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen tv, and its own private balcony overlooking the pool.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN sized beds, a large flat screen tv and a private bathroom

The 4th bedroom is a newly remodeled bunk room with a brand new bunk bed set.

The living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, access to the private wrap around balcony and a new 70 inch flat screen TV and new couches!

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is an end unit on the 4th floor, it offers amazing wrap around views of PCB! The condo is an end unit and from the wrap around balcony you can see perfectly the pool and hot tubs. It is a perfect location to watch your children swim at the pool from the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Gorgeous Condo on the Beach!
This condo certainly did not disappoint! It had plenty of room for our group which consisted of teenagers and adults. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The dryer did take 3-4 times to dry; however, we contacted property management and they responded right away. It didn’t necessarily affect our stay so they said they would look into it after we left. The security onsite were all extremely friendly along with the staff. This is our second time staying at Majestic but first at this condo and we would definitely book here again! Just NOT during bike week. Too hectic and loud.

This corner condo is so nice and roomy. Decorated beautifully. The balcony area was so nice to sit out on. It is a corner so the space is great even with the windy days. I would highly recommend this condo!! 4 th floor is a plus also!!

Perfect family getaway
This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 7. The use of space was ideal and the view couldn’t be beat! We had everything we needed and we can’t wait to come back next year. Plenty of activities within a 10 minute drive in every direction. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we like to cook while on vacation and had no problem doing so.

Absolutely a winner
Everything worked, no clogged drains, super comfy beds, comforters were so soft, super clean, short elevator ride which means EVERYTHING when you have dripping wet kids from the pool. Security onsite who were very knowledgeable, specialty coffees right downstairs...this place was lovely! We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Book it!

None of the tvs in the bedrooms worked. That was an inconvenience. And the elevator close to our room was not working and two days we couldn’t use the stairs and had to go to tower 2 just to get to our room..

Unit wasn’t bad but long walk to it.
We picked the end unit over the pool so my mom (age 78) could watch her great-granddaughter. There was an elevator close to our end of the building but it was out of order then closed because of construction on the first floor. This made it much more difficult to get hr in and out of the unit. The unit it self wasn’t bad but could definitely use some deep cleaning. We had to stack multiple cushions on the outdoor chair so my mom could get out of it. There is a loud bar across the street. The unit is huge.

Lol don’t stay here. The pictures are very inaccurate. Some cushions outside on furniture on balcony are missing/tore/have mold on them. The sliding door where the laundry is located fell off the first day. There’s mold in the bathrooms. The room with the full size beds have twin size comforters so that makes no sense. One of the twin size beds didn’t even have a comforter made up on the bed. I don’t think anything was washed because they had “that smell”. Can’t forget the vomit on the side of the toilet from the previous renters!!!! Upon arriving, we had 2 dust pans full of sand from floors. Like I said previously nothing was washed. We had to go out and buy cleaning products on top of the cleaning fee. Would love to reach out to owners and tell them they have great decorating skills but it would like a lot better with the stains out of the furniture/rugs. I’m sure they feel good ripping off people off. I’d like my money back lol Don’t waste your time reaching out to customer service. After pictures were sent, they didn’t respond and now my stay is over.

Great patio, but buyers beware
Ok, so first I will start with the positives. The balcony really is fantastic and the property is located in a good spot. The beds were comfy, there is a good amount of seating. It has the potential to be a really nice unit instead of just an OK one. Decor was on point, and kitchen well stocked. Now for the downside. When we got there, the place was infested with ants. We are not talking a few, we are talking hundreds. With that being said, they came within a couple hours of us calling to take care of it and we didn't see another ant. The toilets all wobble, there is mold is the hallway bathroom, and no hot water in the bathroom with the two queens. Cabinets in the kitchen peeling, and overall it just needs some TLC to fix some of the issues. As far as the property, the amenities are nice, but we won't be staying here again. It's quite the hall every time you need your vehicle, but that's not the worst part. The pool police are the worst. You can't throw a football in the pool, or enjoy a drink at the edge. All the pools (including indoor) close if there is lightning detected within 15 miles. Next door they swim away, while people are the Majestic wait.

2023 4th of July week
The condo was a great location. It’s on the end so you don’t need to wait for elevators if you don’t want to. We used stairs a majority of the time. Great view of the pool and ocean front. The downfall is that the back bedroom is on the street side. Very loud and busy, ALL night long. But I believe this is the way the entire complex is, not just this one. The linens and bathrooms were clean. But there was a lot of sand still on the floors. The kitchen had some drawers that have been defaced of paint/lamination. There were no kitchen bowl with lids to store any food in so it made it difficult to prepare food and keep it for later which was our plan. We had to go and buy some disposable storage bowls for the week. They do not own a vacuum cleaner so you have to broom sweep everything, even the rug in the living room, so there is sand no matter how hard you try. There was sand already/still everywhere when we checked in. There were ants all over the porch furniture so we couldn’t sit on the cushioned couch and chairs. We could only use the big tall ones and the plastic loungers. This place could be such a wonderful place. The size was perfect for the amount of people we had (10). The porch is perfect for a big group and could be amazing with a little care and the layout of the entire condo worked well. Just little things like the ants, kitchen issues, noise and sand keeps me from saying that I want to stay again.

Enjoyed the facility, but the condo was below standards for the amount of money we paid. Paint was peeling off cabinets, mold growing in the master shower, had to was sheets from one of the rooms when we arrived, (look like poop on the sheets). Everything else was nice, location was great, amenities were great, just the condo was way over priced for the condition it was in.

Great view with lots of space
We had a lot of from for our large family. It was nice having the 3 bedrooms as well as an actual room for the bunks. Having the 3 full bathrooms made getting ready easy. The views were amazing and it was nice having a large patio to enjoy it. The furniture on the patio could use some updating, but there was enough seating. There were little things that could use some maintenance, the paint pealing on a kitchen cabinet, laundry door off hinges, towel hooks loose and some stains on the living room rug. The property own offered to come out and fix the door, but we let them know we were okay with it and not worry about it. Overall the resort is nice with plenty of space at the pools, the beach did get crowded. It was nice having a place to eat and a market at the resort.

The condo could have been cleaner but overall it was good. Didn’t know it was bike week so we didn’t get much rest between the drunks yelling at 3 am or the motorcycles racing down front street. Live and learn, check what festivals are happening before you book!!

We had an absolute blast! Loved the beach access, bar directly below on ground level, super close to Walmart for anything needed we forgot! Close enough to walk but convenient enough to just grab car and go explore the city!

Furnishing in living area stained, pillow had stuffing coming out. Master bedroom could use a new matress. We did have to get all of the necessary items dish washing, paper towels, extra TP, etc. But the location is well worth it.

This is my first ever review for anything online but when you spend this amount of money you need facts. Pros-Great location to the beach. Great end unit. Amazing balcony with new and comfy furniture-(everyone’s favorite part of condo). Nice kitchen counter tops. All the pots/pans etc you would need for a week. Easy checkin. Nice complex. Although the pools were wayyyyy to cold to swim in. Cons: It’s a haul to the parking garage which is across the street. You have elevators in parking garage-must go to third floor to cross over to the condos then you have to take another elevator to your floor. Our condo needed some TLC. Paint was pealing off cabinets. All rugs were in need of going in the trash. FYI the online picture is not what you get. There is NOT a huge area rug and the light fixtures are all different (no biggie). I was under the impression that both master suites had adjoining bathrooms but that is not the case. We took the master that had the bathroom outside in the hall-the tub was clogged the entire stay. When you showered you had 4-6 inches of water sitting in tub. Obvious plaster to cover holes, cracks just needs some care in that bathroom for sure. The bunk beds are not stable. We were really afraid for anyone to sleep on the top bunk. The two queen bedroom is tight-not much room so don’t expect it. The closest is right beside one of the beds. The bathroom in that one was ok. Master up front there were no issues besides the jacuzzi tub shot out large black specks assuming mold???? The living room couch def needs either cleaned or changed out. Stained bad. And the worst part of the whole condo was our master suite comforter. It was stained in huge blood stains. I immediately put it in the closest found another blanket and stuck it in the washer. I left a note for housekeeping that said this is nasty!!!!
