Goodness. What a review. This condo has 24 consecutive 5 star reviews including the 2 guests prior to you and the guest directly after. Either every one of the other 24 people were embellishing their reviews or perhaps, well, maybe you just wanted money back on your stay. We have received your letter requesting money back and will not be sending any. This unit is in fantastic shape and is exactly as pictured. You KNEW the small bedroom had a twin and a trundle bed.. then turn around and complain it has a twin and a trundle bed just defies logic. We have checked the unit, there are no issues as stated, the washing machine does not have mold in it, and neither do walls and floors. There is zero chance that this unit would consistently have the great reviews it does and not be in excellent shape.

Debbie, thanks for staying and appreciate the feedback. The sand in the drains at the resorts is always a problem, our team runs a drain stick through all of the drains after each stay, still sometimes they back up and need some extra love. Also, our cleaning teams have their own Hepa vac vacuums, so thank you for the heads up on the one that is in there, we will replace that today. A couple of issues with this review. You were notified about the elevator issues within minutes of our company’s being notified. You opened and read this email prior to your stay. Yes. 2 elevators are Inconvenient. But sating there is a 5 hour wait is just simply not true. Several condos on the beach only have 2 elevators, and while Aqua normally has 4,, having 2 puts in on par with many other properties. If this would have been, as you say, and issue back to the spring then every review we would have would not be five stars outside of you, which THEY ARE! We have over 20-5 star reviews on this spectacular condo. You were sent an email that you opened days before your arriving letting you know that the elevators were an issue and that we would let you cancel if you chose not to come. We had two other people cancel and we cheerfully refunded their money. What you don’t get to do is come to the beach and tie up the condo and then get all your money back after the fact. We had a significant waiting list of people wanting the condos that week. Additionally, at no point have We ever suggested that Aqua has a handicap access. It does not. None of the condos do. I encourage the reader to check out all of our other outstanding five star reviews on this property. Additionally. This unit had the sheets stripped and floors clean at 10:30 am The final sheets were put on and the final wipe downs were made prior to your 4 pm arrival. The elevators simply were not safe, better to wait an extra 10 minutes, than risk serious injury due to a malfunction.
