Lou and his family were great guests with a lot of patience, and we thank you for that. Unfortunately, one of our new tankless water heaters had a part malfunctioning, and we couldn't get the part in time and replace it in a timely fashion. Update on the hot water: part has been replaced, and everything is working as it should be.
