Good Family Stay
The house worked well for our large family. Lots of beds and bathrooms. A few maintenance glitches with the house. These were addressed promptly with the homeowner. Overall house good. Location and beach access were great.

Exceeded expectations
We’ve stayed at many homes in the Seacrest/Rosemary area- this is our favorite, by far. Can’t beat the location, the appointments, the cleanliness, the communication with owners and property manager, the pool, the comfortable beds, the bikes, the beach chairs. I’ll stop with that but could go on-Can’t wait to book again!

Great location!
The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. It’s much bigger than it looks online. We had 14 people and plenty of space for everyone. Access to the beach was so easy! We loved this town and would definitely come back.

Beautiful Home!!
This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and we loved it! This house was the perfect fit for our family with the pool (kids loved it!), so close to the beach, such an easy walk to either Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach shops / restaurants. We left already planning another trip back to Sandy Shores :)

Wonderful house
We have been holding a family reunion in the Florida Panhandle every summer since 1981. This was, by far, the best house we ever stayed in. Well organized, well equipped, and very convenient to the beach. The private gate to the walkover makes it very convenient. One of the best features was THREE icemakers. We normally have to take a small ice machine with us but not this year. Plenty of room for games and the porches with a view of the water were delightful. We will be back next year!!

Absolutely amazing!
99 Sandy Shores did NOT disappoint! We had a fabulous experience. The house was everything it was advertised as being. Great space for our large family of all ages. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room to spread out or gather together. Loved the easy access to the beach and especially the fact that the beach chairs/umbrellas were set up and waiting for us each day. Great times around the pool. Short work to shops, dining. EVERYONE loved this house and it made for a fabulous vacation memory. That you Taylor family! We would definitely come here again.

House was beautiful, accommodates 10 adults, and 4 children. In the description it indicates a child bed (twin) in 2 of the bdrms with king size beds (not the case). We will definitely be back. Loved Rosemary Beach!

Our description of certain bedrooms does indeed say it includes a child bed, but never specifies it is a twin bed. The child bed in question is a pack-n-play that can be placed in the room's closet.

Perfect family getaway
This house was just perfect for our family and close to everything. Then side porch area was a favorite play area for little grandchildren, and my favorite place to have a cup of coffee before everyone woke up. The property managers were very responsive and overall we had a wonderful time!

Great family house!
We really enjoyed our week at the house. It had a perfect floor plan for our group and having pack and plays and a high chair made the trip so easy with babies. The walk to the beach is just steps and was easy for little kids to go back and forth as needed. We had bikes delivered and it was a quick 5 minute ride to dinner and Sugar Shack which we loved! Overall a great trip and we would definitely come back.

Great house and owners
This is a wonderful house and has all the good stuff. First of all the house is decorated professionally. It’s beautifully done snd the layout is perfect. The pool outside is wonderful width a tv mounted. It was like an additional living space as we spend a lot of time there. The boardwalk is right off the pool and you are literally steps to the beach. It’s hard to find a house with all of these things. The owners are great to work with and very honest and friendly people. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation!
We had a great stay at 99 Sandy Shores. The property is perfect- clean, close to shops and restaurants and beach access can't be beat. We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to return.

99 Sandy Shores
We loved this home and had a wonderful time. Was perfect for our family’s ages. My husband and I on 3rd floor master. Family of 4 on main floor (35 year old couple with 3 and 1 year old) and single 40 year old on bottom floor. We had beautiful weather so area was really busy for the time but with the well equipped kitchen we could cook and eat at home. We have already told several friends about the home and they have tried to book but unfortunately was already booked at their times.

99 Sandy Shores exceed our groups expectations in every way! The house is beautiful and flowed very well for a large group of kids and adults! The pool was larger than expected and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Great property!!

BEST WEEK EVER!!
After much thought, our daughter and her Fiance'e, decided to have a destination wedding at Rosemary Beach. I knew in order for this to be a success, we had to have spacious, comfortable, accommodations. We could not have been more pleased!! 99 Sandy Shores was the perfect house for our large family! The layout of the house gave each family member plenty of space and privacy, but yet we were all under one roof. It was exceptionally clean and Beautifully decorated. I especially loved the large bathrooms and closets. I also loved the many outside balconies that had comfortable swing and furniture. Our children's favorite part was definitely the outside .The pool was Extraordinary! The colored lights inside the pool and the outside T.V. made our evenings so enjoyable , we never wanted to go anywhere else. Another concern we had when deciding where to stay for our week at the beach, was the location. Our wedding was at the Pearl Hotel, so we wanted to be close . It was the perfect distance! The whole family rode bikes every day for breakfast and even for the rehearsal. We also loved that it was a gated street with lots of other beautiful houses and friendly neighbors. We derfinitly hope to go back next year!

Wonderful time at 99 Sandy Shores Court!
This property was absolutely wonderful!! The layout, the pool, the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants! We will definitely be back to this one! We have stayed in a number of homes on Sandy Shores and this one is by far the best yet! The owners were wonderful to communicate with and the home was very clean and very well decorated! This one is a must!

Great Place
The house is in a great location and met all of our needs. The pool is fantastic, and the 70 steps to the beach is great. The house is well stocked in the kitchen and throughout. The 2 refrigerators and the 2 separate ice-makers were extremely nice as we did not have to get ice for our coolers for the beach. We would return. Only downside is the internet was extremely slow, and the Apple TV would not work in the main living room. The internet issue was very disappointing as we all needed to work some during our stay and this made it very difficult. Stove broke on the last day but they brought a replacement convection oven but we never needed it. Propery manger is very responsive.

Such a great property. Proximity to the beach is unmatched. Pool and outdoor living space is inviting, private and well thought-out. Fantastic furnishing and amenities. This was a great house for three families with young kids.

Awesome house steps for the beach
We came with two other families, six kids total under the age of 5, and it was perfect. The private pool is beautiful and a great size. The outdoor living space is inviting. The beach is only 80 steps from the property -- hard to beat. The house is well furnished and well designed. Nothing but good things to say.

This is a wonderful house! It has a wonderful pool and siting area outside. It’s got its own boardwalk to the beach. The best thing and this is important is it has a private beach. Right next to you it is packed with rows and rows of umbrellas but not here! I would highly recommend this house. The only thing i have to mention is the house really could use some tlc. The bedrooms are dated, the bedding old and most of the blinds were broken. I think for the price of this house it could be a little bit more updated compared to others we have stayed in for this price. Overall, it’s a great house! We would definitely go back!

Spring Break
This is a great house for a family vacation. We had our 2 children and their spouses and 5 grandkids ages 12 years to-6 months. The layout of the house gave everyone space. It was also nice that the owners had grandkids and there were toys for the little kids. Those are hard to carry and my granddaughter loved the Little Kitty basket. The pool area was also great and it is a larger pool than we have had in the past. We heated it which is a good idea in March. Having the 6 chairs on the beach and the close beach access was also a plus. Out only real complaint was the bikes were not in good shape. We were missing one but the manager got one for us. In all I would highly recommend this location. With the beaches now being private it was nice to be in an area that didn't have so many residences using the same beach space. The Seacrest beach next to us was body to body!!!

Beautiful home, boardwalk to PRIVATE white sand beach w attendant who provides free chairs and umbrella to all homes on this street. Pool was beautiful w lots of seating in outdoor area. We paid a few extra hundred dollars to have pool heated for the week which was well worth the money. Sad that we had to evacuate after only 2 days because of Hurricane Micheal.

The perfect oasis!
We had our family reunion this week and absolutely loved this house. It is beautifully decorated and all the extra comforts of home and necessities were there. Had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling down for the first couple of days and a slow draining sink in the bathroom but their maintenance team was on it. Our favorite part was the outdoor area and pool! And being able to walk out the back gate only steps away from the white sandy beach and turquoise waters of the gulf. Doesn't get much better then this. We would love to come back if our travels bring us this way again. Thank you for sharing your truly lovely home with us.
