Hotel is just old.... i'm not usually one to complain, but our room was pretty rundown. The old in the wall AC unit froze up at least twice there was a German roach in the bathroom which I have a picture of and the towels felt like they were washed with concrete, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. There was mold and dust in the bathroom vent just look like the place needs a remodel at least in the room that I stayed in and I thought it was a little expensive for these type of accommodations. The staff was decent convenient location but it should not be at the top of Expedia's list.

This property is definitely on the older side. It is rundown. The air conditioner is extremely loud! Stains on the carpet. The Wiifi did not work the entire time the first day from the moment we checked in until we went to sleep after 11:30 PM. The hotel had no response for it and no timeline for when it would be available. Was not able to get any work done the entire first day we were at the hotel. Hotspot did not work either because it was not able to penetrate the building for some reason.

Our property is older but we do maintain it to the Hilton Brand standard conducting a quarterly deep cleaning and preventative maintenance program on all of our guest rooms and renovating to the Hilton Brand cycle as required. We will review the guest room in which you stayed and address any needs in regard to your feedback. Our AT&T Stay Connected Wireless is typically extremely reliable and only shows issues if an individual access point goes off line. We do not show record from Hilton with this during your stay but will double check this access point to ensure it is fully functioning. We stayed there often the last 2 years and noticed a decrease in upkeep. We were put on the 1st floor. The room was old. The shower was dirty. They had a prom and wedding reception. The bartender said they were under new management or ownership and were cutting back on everything. Won’t return. PS we will miss the breakfast waiter - he was awesome.

Staff was very friendly. Beautiful lobby. We arrived close to 2am and they greeted us with smiles and cookies and water bottles. We were a party of 5 and therefore needed the sofa bed. It would have been nice if that was anticipated before our arrival - had to go to the front desk to request bedding and pillows for the sofa bed. Staff was wonderful and helped us get everything we needed, but since it was so late at night, it would have been nice to have those things already in our room. Room was relatively clean but there was a big dead roach in our room that we didn’t notice until the following morning. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the toilet was tricky to flush.

The hotel is centrally located. However we were put in a handicapped room, and my husband being 6’ tall was having a problem using the toilet and sink. Speaking of the toilet; it was leaking onto the floor the entire time we were there. We called the front desk several times and even though we were told it was fixed it leaked .

Checked in with no problem. Was charged $15 to use there parking lot on top of paying $270 for a one nights stay. Then breakfast is not included. Another extra. They should make improvements to there outdated bathrooms.This was a last minute decision on my part to stay because i was tired of driving. Next time I will book else where. All i can say is that I stayed in better hotels for less money. At least they gave me a cookie upon check in.

The guest did not show up for the reservation because of a misunderstanding with emails. The room was reserved as non-refundable so I was not able to get any money reimbursed nor was I able to cancel the reservation.
