"First and for most the cleaning fee was 100% reasonable, and then the host didn’t expect me to clean the house before leaving. This. Is.Huge! And made check out so simple!!!! They had lots of the necessities that you often have to buy such as dishwashing soap, even laundry detergent, lots of TP etc…so no need to make a trip to the store for that such an extra bonus! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk."

"The overall property and stay was very good. The only disappointment is that the kitchen was not stocked with items for convenience. Such as, electric griddle, there is not a bar/ b- q grill. The coffee pot was a challenge to work, and it was only a Keurig, which was not convenient for a large number of people staying. We had plans to leave the property more often, but ended up enjoying the grounds and home more than we expected! "This was a lovely home overlooking a lake. It was cute and comfy. One guest stayed in the loft over the second bedroom. The stairway up is steep, so it is a good idea that a fit person be the one to use this space. Also, be aware that the full bathroom is attached to the Master, so the timing of showers for others needs to be planned. We enjoyed the deck and the sunporch very much!"
