What a lovely little oasis, so close to the busy town of Pai. Very close to the bus station. My room was really clean and I really appreciated the warm water in the shower. I would definitely recommend.

I was hesitant about my stay at Breeze of Pai because of a few reviews people had about the owner, and I was a female traveling solo. However, I found him to be friendly and helpful, and kind of like a dad/uncle vibe. I'd say this definitely has the cleanliness and design of a 2-star hotel, maybe even a hostel. But I understand the type of tourists that visit Pai are OK with this. I think I just discovered I'm a bit pickier with future accommodations. There were ants in the upper corner of the shower, and the water pressure and temperature weren't great. I just found myself trying to shower as quick as possible. Two bars of soap are provided, so coming from hotels that had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was an experience. I found myself Googling how to detect bed bugs but there were any. All in all, just my paranoia and snobbery setting in. I'd say if you're good with that backpacker, bare bones lifestyle this place is perfect. I was able to park my scooter rental easily and it's walkable to the walking street and everything else. And really close to the bus stop from Chiang Mai. There's also a ton of plants which are lovely. And I didn't realize it until I was checking out, but there were free bananas for guests at the counter.

nice little spot
very convenient location, short walk to the main walking street/night market. quiet room, air conditioner, private bathroom.. note, you do have to ask the front desk for new towels or if you want your room cleaned, but they are friendly and helpful.. bed was comfy enough (all of the beds I've slept on in Thailand are pretty firm).. all and all, a good spot.

Nice place to stay in Pai
Nice place to stay in Pai, friendly staff, great location accesible to everything. Rooms were clean. The only thing is that the rooms don’t have heat so during winter he’s really cold at night. Not sure if it’s only with this hotel or all hotels are like that, but just bring warm clothes to sleep at night

Expensive for the room we got
The location is good and the staff were very friendly. The room however wasn't great, the matressess were old and uncomfortable and the there were stains on the sheets. The bathroom was musty and the all room smelled damp. We wouldn't stay here again despite the friendliness of the staff.

Perfect little rustic bungalow. We left a horrible place we already paid for to come here in hopes of a clean simple space to sleep... and we found it. Felt like our own little apartment and great location to walking street and live music venue. Loves it

Great for a budget
Basic but cheap, the staff are lovely and you get free water and bananas. The location is great, just off the Main Street so close but little foot traffic coming past. Air con was great. Roof leaked a little and lots of ants but we extended out stay so that speaks volumes. If you're a backpacker you'll love it, if you want a hotel you wont.

Very Basic, Good Price, some Charm, but Worn
The ambience was great, the room not so much. This was the cheapest place I stayed in Thailand and for the price, it was fine. However, the room seemed worn, not terribly clean (dirty rugs, pictures in plastic with splotches & fingerprints, not painted in ages). It was a backpacker hotel and I am not. Staff was welcoming and friendly. It would be great however, if they made a better effort to have the basics of cleanliness a bit upgraded.

Nice spot, surrounded by plants, nice staff although the guy doesn't seem to know what is going on, lady was nice. Close to jazz bar and close to river, would shay again.

Nice little home
We stayed for 2 nights. Brilliant location. Really friendly staff. Nice clean rooms albeit the pillows were alittle hard! Would stay here again if we went back to Pai

Easy, delightful base for Pai visit
Our stay at the Breeze of Pai was just blissful, a quiet tropical paradise tucked back away from the Main Street. the owners could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The lady of the establishment Sam-o makes an amazingly tasty norther Thai breakfast for 58 Baht (order the night before). The free bananas and water refills are awesome. There is always soothing music around the social area. Wifi was fair-good depending on the time of day. The bungalows are quiet and confortable at night. The beds are typically stiffer than the American pillow tops but I liked them. Sam-o gave us a mo bs marked some of the tastier restaurants and bars. We walked about to walking street in about two minutes and found a travel outfit that quickly and in expensively whisked us to spots around Pai. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and walking distance to the bus stop! We would choose this place gain in. Heartbeat. They really made our trip a breeze!

Sehr Gastfreundliches Personal. Englischkenntnisse mässig aber man konnte sich gut verständigen. Gratis Bananen und warme Dusche. Schön gelegen im "Dschungel" jedoch ist man in 5min in der Walkingstreet. In dem Bungalow ist genug Platz.

Top locatie, je loopt zo het dorp in waar elke avond een nachtmarkt is waar je lekker kunt eten. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het huisje is basic maar alles wat je nodig hebt!

Breeze of Pai est très bien situé dans une rue calme, mais tout près de la rue principale. Le personnel est gentil et l'endroit est joli. Cependant, la chambre était très humide et les draps et couvertures aussi. La chambre aurait besoin d'un petit rajeunissement.
