There was no one to check me in for about 7 minutes. The room I was sent to had not been cleaned (bed unmade, bath towels all over). The second rm I received I killed spiders in the tub, no light cancelling curtains, shower head drips, and no hair dryer.

Great location with no traffic noise. There are hotels closer to all the shopping and restaurants but wow what a busy noisy area. We were very very happy with our stay! Will be staying again when we go back.
