"Everything was lovely. The trip down to the basement where my room was was fine for me with a small case but a bigger case or a taller guest may be a struggle. You do have to leave your keys behind when you leave, and I was a bit rattled that I was given the keys back when I got back without proving who I was each time. In the basement you can hear the tube and the bar next door, so light sleepers should be sure to book an upstairs room in advance, but it was just fine for me! "
