"My family and I had a wonderful stay on property. The staff was very welcoming. The only issue i had was with check in. The wait time and how long it took to bring up my reservation. Also, when i called housekeeping for more dish washer soap and towels it took a long time and i had to call back a second time, which was when they sent it. "The room was good, we loved the beach setting, the breakfast was also good. Staff are friendly but the customer services can be improved. They require a separate deposit for the beach towels which seemed like an awkward system to me. The activity desk tells you to scan the QR code to see the activities instead of talking to us. They also tried to charge the accommodation tax twice, at check-in and check-out. "
