"Great oceanfront property with a short walk down to the beach and close proximity to Oceanside and Tillamook. Would recommend rooms on the 2nd floor as the 3rd floor balconies look out onto the roof of the 2nd which extends out quite far, so the ocean view would be more direct from the 2nd floor. Either way hard to beat full ocean views! Quaint little village with a great coffee shop and seafood restaurant nearby! "

"Its our go to place in Lincoln City, specifically for the quick access to the beach, the balcony and the fireplace. This time did have some confusion over rooms, as there was construction right next to the room that couldve been avoided. However, the owner called personally with an offer to move, a credit and an apology, which was very thoughtful. "

"we originally reserved and paid for a room with the patio and when we got there, they had overbooked, so the first night we had to stay in a room we didn't really want. for the two nights that we were there, the hot water never worked, one of the bedroom doors actually fell off its hinges onto the ground in the middle of the night, they failed to clean the room properly with the floor still quite Sandy and garbage left in our cans. "The place was well kept, fun and great on the inside. We loved the attention to details here. All the extras that I would never think of were there as well.
