"The food at the restaurant (cocote) was really good. I had the duck and veggies. The hotel is situated walking distance of all the major attractions. The city bus tour is recommended, very informative and a great way to take in OTTAWA."
"The property was nice enough.. but a bit expensive for the size of the room with no view (except for other tall buildings) out both of the windows in my room."
"Would’ve been nice if the rooftop was fully open. I for
Action about checkout and parking at checkin would’ve been great rather than having to call after. Very clean and quiet hotel. "
"Staff was very friendly. Easy check in.
Parking garage has limited large vehicle parking. We paid to use the garage but had to park outside as there were no spots left for the truck.
If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring your own dish soap. "

"It's a good place to chill out especially for the people who are going to have exam in Ottawa. "
"Room was exactly what you have expected for.
Very clean.
Little kitchen was well equiped.
Hotel central, many things at a walking distance.
Underground parking was very useful."
"Staff and location is excellent. Parking at city hall across the street from 6am to 6pm is $20 mon-fri, $2 sat-sun and 6pm to 6am is $2 any day. I recommend Farm Boys for your grocery supplies. The room didn't have a microwave, but if you ask the staff, i wouldn't be surprised if they bring you one. Lots of food options on Elgin st., Bank st. and Byward mkt. Kids loved the pool, which came with hot tub and dry sauna. My 11yo son liked the luxurious feel and character of the place. We appreciated the hotel umbrellas on rainy day."
"Beautiful hotel and area. Unfortunately our truck would not fit in the unground parking so we had to park on the road and pay extra for parking. Not a huge deal. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)"
