I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. As a healthcare professional accustomed to providing compassionate care, I was dismayed by the lack of attention to customer satisfaction demonstrated by your establishment.
Upon my arrival at the airport, I eagerly anticipated checking into the room I had reserved and paid for in advance. However, to my dismay, I was informed that the room was not yet ready, despite my reservation. This resulted in an unacceptable delay of several hours, leaving me stranded at the airport when I should have been enjoying the beginning of my vacation.
Furthermore, the confusion surrounding the breakfast service only added to my frustration. The Expedia website clearly indicated that breakfast was included with my reservation, yet upon arrival at the hotel, I was met with resistance from your staff who insisted on charging me a fee for breakfast. This discrepancy not only wasted my time but also created unnecessary tension and dissatisfaction.
Additionally, I must address the unprofessional behavior exhibited by your shuttle drivers. While waiting for transportation to the airport, I was instructed to board the shuttle, only to be met with hostility and impatience from the driver when I provided my destination terminal. This lack of cou
