Only one complaint; they need a direct phone line other than reservation. I had a little trouble getting too them and could not reach a person for assistance. Otherwise, a pleasant experience .

The place was nice. Pool was small and over crowded. There was no couch in my suite like advertised and like other rooms on my floor Only a chair.

This property was beautiful, convenient to airport, shopping, and the venues that I was seeking in Orlando. The rooms were clean, well appointed and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping them that way. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Orlando.

Nice, clean, hotel nearby the airport free shuttle, free breakfast and free parking. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only issue I have is with the front decks agent. The two young female are very rude and have an attitude problems apart from that it’s a nice little hotel for business travelers
