We started a few nights. Room was clean and good. Room is starting to show its age. Most of the staff were friendly. We didn't appreciate the service that was provided to a member of our party that needed help with luggage and the person has limited mobility. Offer to get a cart or help wasn't even offered. However a kurt attitude of " you do it yourself" was offered. This isn't providing a good experience or service.

Our room was extremely hot. We only stayed one night so it didn’t make sense to ask to be moved but the AC should definitely be serviced. Other than that it was a great stay

The Marriott Orlando downtown was exactly as expected and definitely up to par for a Marriott property. The staff was friendly and took great care of us While checking in… We would definitely return.

If You have an electric car, you have nowhere to charge it nearby or in the hotel, the hotel does not have parking either, only public parking for which you have to pay $20 a night and also without your consent they charge $50 dollars to your card just in case.

What I didn't like. I had initially planned to stay 3 nights. On March 30, the hotel had a complete power failure for about 10-20 minutes. When the power was restored, my TV did not work anymore. I called the desk, and was told it was being looked at/worked on. We go out the basketball game, come back tv still not working ( no cable connection) Again we call and was told it was being looked at. We go to bed and wake Tv still not working. This is when we decided to check out and go stay at another hotel. No one never called or followed up to see if the Tv was working properly

I could hear everything going on in the hallway and the loud people next door. I was startled wake several times from 12am-5am I did not get well informed of the self parking situation and even though I paid $20 to self parking, I had a $27 ticket on my car.

The property itself is wonderful and probably my go to hotel when I visit the city but my only issue is the lack of parking options. I either pay the city to have my car in the lot next to the hotel or I pay for overnight valet which can get hectic when nearly everyone else decides to do the same. But I’ve never had a bad experience with the hotel itself; everyone is always very polite and helpful so the parking issue is never too big a deal. Thank you for taking care of me again! 😊

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and because Marriott decided to not issue a refund through Expedia, here are the reasons why in addition to pictures (should have taken more but was taking care of my sick child). To note, I’ve stayed at a La Quinta Inn that was better than this establishment. The room and bathroom were both nasty, the floors were dirty and the sheets had stains on them. The water pressure is non existent and the shower head had maybe one of two decent streams that would allow you go get shampoo out of your hair. (Don’t we all enjoy taking long hot showers at hotels with amazing water pressure that we don’t have at home?). You have to sign into Netflix with your own account….why would I do that at a hotel? Plus when my wife is at home watching Netflix, I can’t sign in from another location. I am a clean freak so what may be dirty to me may not be dirty to others however this was just ridiculous. Tried to order food, no menu in the room so tried to scan the QR code to view the menus that way but that didn’t work as it redirects me to a sight to buy the QR code. My son got in pool Saturday AM and got out because he started to feel bad. Stayed in bed the rest of the afternoon until the monster truck show at Camping World stadium. Said he felt better to go so we did, after about 30 mins he got sick twice and we ended up leaving before the show even started. Came back to the room and he slept for 12 hours straight. Beautiful ,clean hotel. Conveniently located near the Kia Center where I attended the concert. Nice staff. The only complaint is that there was an overwhelming smell of bleach when I got there and also, you can hear the city traffic but I guess that’s not their fault. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Decent Stay!
Stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway with my husband. We called for an early check-in, and it was great! Our initial room wasn’t cleaned fully. There was dried pee still left on the seat. Went to the front desk, they gave us an entirely new room. Overall, it was a decent stay!
