Pros- great pool for kids with a water slide through a pirate ship. Cons- rooms are very outdated. The cleaning chemicals they use are very strong. The hallway smell very musty. Need options at each building to buy beverages or snacks versus go all the way to the one place they have in one of the buildings. Was told to guest services after I check in for a gift but waited 15mins no one was there so I left.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite and it was great. Plenty room for 7 people. The room had a washer and dryer, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a fully stocked kitchen. The hotel is older but very well maintained and 10 mins from the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a good size for the party we had however it was old and run down. It didnt feel extremly clean, it wasnt dirty but due to it being run down it felt dirty. We got a two bedroom for 5 guests but there wasnt enough towels provided to accomodate all of us. Front deak did bring more up after we asked which was nice but strange they didnt have it ready for the amount of guests the room was made to accomodate. The complimentary shuttle to the disney/universal parks was not convenient to us. The times they have to reserve get you to the parks after it opens and the last shuttle of the night is up to an hour or two before the parks close. The ahuttles also only have specific parks it will drop/pick you up from. So one of the latest shuttles only picked you up from Epcot which seemed like a pain if you were at magic kingdom until close. I understand not everyone stays open until close at the parks but they should give the option for the people who want to. We were with a group of 8 and no one used the shuttle due to the times offered. Parking lot was good and free which was nice since we rented a car to get to and from parks. The pool was a good size and heated. This is a good hotel for the location to the parks since it is close and very easy to drive to the parks. The uber cost about 12 to 15 bucks one way so it is reasonable. There is very limited food around the hotel in walking distance.

The location was perfect. I was in the middle of Disney parks and Universal studios. There was shopping centers nearby. Our room was close to the pool. Parking was available and free shuttle to most parks. I enjoyed the stay.

BLACK MOLD in the master shower, and when we complained, they did nothing to clean it! The furniture was really beat up and uncomfortable, the jet tub in the room randomly turned on when we did not touch them. AND they are not responding to my request for money back after I checked out early because it was too gross for me.

I didn't like that there was only basic local tv channels and no kind of streaming device. There was some kind of leak from the bathroom that made the carpet wet. The dishwasher didn't clean very well. The freezer was turned up all the way and 2 boxes of ice cream melted. And finding a spot to park was difficult. BUT, other than that it was a nice and spacious suite and the beds were very comfortable. The pool view from our balcony was gorgeous.

Cleanliness wasn't great, we found stains on the comforters, dirty dishes, and a used contact lense on the floor of the bathroom. What we did like was the room layout, pool, restaurants on site, and shuttle service. They probably should ease up on the 48" rule for the slide or have that posted more prominently on the website as I had some very disappointed kiddos when we found out they could not use the slide. Customer service was great, however, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The check in folks were great and very kind. The photos of this property are very misleading. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the master bed linens were stained along with almost all of the towels. Some were covered in mold. The closet in the master also smelled like cat urine. The room overall didn’t feel clean and was run down. For example the knife block in the kitchen had layers of dust on it and the blinds in the secondary bedroom were broken. We ended up leaving on our first night because we just did not feel comfortable there at all.
