Rooms were clean and neat and smelled good, A/C was nice and cold, the staff were incredibly friendly and made the check in/check out process quick and easy and painless. Free breakfast buffet was great also! Will definitely be booking here again in the future!!

Handicap roommwith Mom. Room was clean. Breakfast fantasic. Easy to get to where needed. A little hidden from the main road. Backs up to I-4. Would stay again.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this hotel the short time we were there. Everything is close to the universal parks and a lot of restaurants and family activities in the area. Would definitely book here again.

as always the holiday inn express and suites did not disappoint. we had an issue at 3AM with the air conditioner and the young man at the front desk came up and figured out the problem. somehow the unit was unplugged. the maintenaince team arrived at 8AM to make sure it was stlll running. this was above and beyond for someone manning the front desk. i am so glad he took the initatiave and gave it a shot. otherwise we would have had to move to another room..
