Not impressed with hotel our room had a toilet seat which was extremely loose. The only thing the fan in the bathroom did was make way too much noise and the soap was so small and plus one was broke in the package

One of the staff workers used his key to open my door when he knocked and I was not able to open the door immediately. It was not an emergency and it is extremely disturbing to know the staff workers just use their key for entering rooms with no justification. Then the front desk booked another customer to the same room that I already was in and the customer walked into the room in the middle of the night and we scared each other. I was then asked to move to another room because the room that was originally booked to me needed renovations, which was very inconvenient. The staff said they would help me move my stuff from one room to another, but repacking and unpacking again was very inconvenient. Then when I was ready to move, Victor, the maintenance worker, had a bad attitude when I asked for help to move my stuff to the new room. I was then told there was no concierge service available and that I had to put all of my stuff on to a cart to move to the new room. The staff had a bad attitude when they were forcing me to move to a new room and I DID NOT ask to move. It also is unprofessional to book a room to a customer when the staff were already aware that room needed renovations and there could be several things wrong with the room. Horrible experience!

Under renovation. Smells of paint, carpets old and damp in halls. Room clean. Air gets super cold. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom super large. Separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Convenient to airport and near lots of resources

The staff were great and extremely accommodating. Unfortunately, the property itself was nothing to write home about. Musty and damp smelling carpets, very loud AC unit in the room, sticky tables. The breakfast was also very basic - the only real protein option was scrambled eggs. In general I'd expect much more from a Radission hotel.

The water didn’t work when we first checked in. The toilet leaked, breakfast was terrible, a dirty washcloth was in our shower. The staff was friendly, the exterior was nice, the bedding was super soft and comfortable.

Great location. Carpet needs replacing. On another note If you rented a car and need to fill up with gas beware that the closest gas station Sun Gas will rip you off! Price was almost $6 gallon vs 3.50 a block away.

The hotel is very run down. I would rate it as a 4/10. Proximity to airport was very convenient The shuttle was done by 9pm so we were unable to use it the evening we arrived. The breakfast the next day was good with a good. Variety.

Love how it was just 3 minutes away from the airport. Many conviene stores and restaurants in the area. Was not far from any of the attractions parks. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Room were very clean however things do need some updates. It did seem as it was getting some renovation. I would suggest upgrading the shower head in the bathroom to them and changing the microwave in the rooms. Overall will be using this location again!

I picked this hotel for pet friendliness and airport shuttle. there was no airport shuttle and I waited over an hour at the airport for a shuttle that would never arrive. after I booked I recieved an email from the hotel and no mention of the shuttle situation. cable TV kept freezing so I connected to the internet to watch YouTube. internet not even fast enough for YouTube!
