“Good bed. Nice shower. ”

“Some of the property was being repaired due to recent flooding, but overall it was in good shape. the bed was comfortable. The food was okay with included breakfast but not wonderful. The preparation of food was not to our liking. On the morning of our departure we had informed the management that we had a car coming for us at 7 am. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6:30 am and we waited till 7:30 am while they were still setting up. When we ordered food for breakfast or dinner we could……

“Perfect place for rats or any other animals who love to live in basement. In couple day's even my travel bags got mold. Local restaurant chef don't know how how to cook even basic egg. Management threats they workers like slaves. Shower works only if you pray to all god's in same time.There is plenty of other places where to stay in Nairobi. ”

“DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit. Hotels.com please……

Dopo aver spiegato che avevamo prenotato on-line, ci è stata consegnata una stanza: non appena siamo entrate, abbiamo notato che non era stata pulita; cicche di sigarette sul pavimento, lavandino non accuratamente pulito, diversi insetti sulle lenzuola e bagno molto sporco. “My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. ”
