We loved the convenience of the shuttle service they provided within proximity to the hotel. For parking, be sure to check into the hotel first. Overall, it was a great hotel and we look forward to visiting again!

We were in town for a concert at the Chi Health Center and it was so easy to walk right over there. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was the only small issue as it’s not on site but only a short walk down the street.

We have stayed here many times while in Omaha. It is definitely one of our favorite places to stay! Nice spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The only issues we have ever had is the bathroom sinks don't always drain the fastest, but it is an old building so that is to be expected. With the parking garage next door and great proximity to downtown attractions and eateries walking is the way to go. Park, stay and play, this is the perfect place for that!

There was no soap in the bathroom, the room did NOT look like the picture on the site and the breakfast was not the best. It was just not what we expected.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in October whilst we were visiting our daughter who is studying at Creighton University. The hotel is lovely nice outdoor seating area - breakfast was fantastic great set up for the day. Utility room for washing was very handy on a longer stay. Room was very comfortable - work area - couch and bed area were of good size - bathroom very nice with great sized shower. Very handy kitchen full sized fridge 0 and hob to prepare basic meals very useful. Nice and close to Old Market and Downtown with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Close to several of Omaha's theatres and the fantastic park. Hotel runs a complimentary mini bus shuttle service within a 3 mile radius from the hotel - great perk.

I came to Omaha for a conference and stayed here to save some money. Boy, am I glad I did. The room was very comfortable, the daily breakfast was satisfying, and the location was great. Easy walks to the Market District, Convention center, the river, and the baseball park. The free local shuttle service was another nice bonus. We definitely made use of it. If I ever need to make use of a hotel in Omaha again, this will be my choice.

Stayed 2 nights. Excellent front staff personnel. Room was very spacious and clean. Good working shower. Clock needs to be re-set properly. Quiet area. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi and cable TV. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very welcoming and professional.. The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. The tvs had loads to choose from. Breakfast was ok but the toaster needs to be fixed or replaced. I would stay here again.

I love this hotel, but it is definitely time for a remodel. The room smelled musty and the carpets are definitely getting worn and they need to update plug-ins near the bed that allow USB cables.

Got to our room and it was directly across the hall from elevators. -Breakfast selection was disappointing. Quality of food was very unappealing. -Beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean, the entire staff was friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic! I enjoy walking on vacations and everything was walkable for me. The hotel also offers a shuttle which is a great option for those who don't want or can't walk. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Omaha.
