Stains on the linens, rooms looked old and had cracked paint missing everywhere. Had to get moved from original room due to a sanitary napkin being left in the toilet. Had to get keys reactivated because Mgt. didn't communicate on room change.

No shower curtain. No wash cloths. Living room t v did not work. Plastic bag taped around the smoker detector. They tried to use leash to cover up the smoke smell. It was nauseating.

Dirty and most of the staff were rather rude. When trying to check out a staff member actually came to the desk looked at me and then walked away! The gentleman checking me in was rude and very presumptuous.the room we got put into was half cleaned the bedding was still dirty like they just used the same bedding. The toilet was leaking out the back. Will not be returning

Arrived early, and the gentleman would not check me in upon arrival, even though there were several rooms available. There was a group of people trying to scan my phone and steal my banking information in: Lobby, parking lot, and room. My window was open and the stick was lifted up as if somebody wanted to enter into my room while I was sleeping I will not visit this hotel ever again

Laundry was broken, asked multiple times before being offered a dirty towel, got total of 4 towels for 3 nights. Did not provide room cleaning service at all after being asked to do so and promised to do so. Swimming pool was closed. Juice machine was broken. One of the two treadmills was broken. Refrigerator was dirty. Toilet paper was out at night 2. TV did not work and need front desk adjustment.

The room was so unclean I had to ask them to return and clean it. None of the countertops had been wiped and it was obvious. Gave me dirty sheets and said they were washed. Gave me towels that were literally in shreds with holes.Then the cleaning lady acted angry and slammed my door shut. I could not wait to get out but I'd already paid. Spend a few extra bucks to stay anywhere else.

The property had been remodeled, but much was old and in disrepair. There was a hole in the ceiling with stains all around it. The sink would barely drain. The entryway into the room had small dirt clods all over it. The breakfast was not appetizing at all and the coffee was very dark and thick. And to top this off the lock on my room door would not open the second day. If I wanted to leave my room and come back I had to go down to the first floor front desk and ask them to come up to the third floor to let me in. If they were busy I had to wait.

The outside landscape was not maintained at all. The rooms smelled. They were very stingy with the small, thin, rough towels. The continental breakfast was inadequately stocked. I felt sorry for the families with kids that counted on that breakfast to fill the kids up because there was not enough there to do that.

I stayed here for two nights in April 2024. The experience was as expected for a budget motel in all ways. This is a good thing. The Wifi worked well. The breakfast was standard but available on time and for the full duration of breakfast hours. Plenty of parking. Easy checkin and checkout. This is not a four star, but it's a very solid and safe motel unlike some of the other places at this price point.

Terrible customer service. The guy at the reception was having a conversation on speaker phone the entire time he was checking me in. Didn't say hello or end his call when a customer would arrive. Managers should fire this guy

Definitely some illicit activities taking place at this hotel... long term residents here talking about meth to random people in the parking lot and prostitution. We kept to ourselves but would definitely not take our kids to stay here. Not sure what the solution is for the owners of the hotel...

They have roku smart tv but there was no remote for our whole stay. They say breakfast is until 9 am but they closed it at 8:30 am. They only had cold cereal but im lactose intolerant and cant drink cows milk there was no alterantive. They only had pork sausages no turkey n i cant eat pork. Again foredical reasons. Only apples no orangea or bananas. Waffles were good but once again no sugar free syrup. We were stayin

Great value! Room is spacious and equipped well. Has a decent fitness center and great selection for breakfast. Pool was closed for maintenance is the only minor problem. Will stay here again.

It was very dirty and there were stains all over the top sheet of the bed. When we were checking in, we didn’t get greeted well and they didn’t ask for my ID or anything to confirm that it was actually me who booked the hotel. Our room didn’t even have a hand towel to use. Overall it wasn’t the best experience ever

I would have give. This five stars but the last day I was there I was a little disappointed in the breakfast area, could have been cleaned up better. But the waffles were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for six days while I moved my mom to Assisted Living. Good home base. Rooms were clean, quiet, modern. Mattresses were a bit soft. Shampoo and lotion products provided. Microwave and mini-frig were clean.

The hotel is decent, but we were here a week and asked for housekeeping 4 times and never recieved it. The pool is empty. It just sucks when you live on the road and work 12 hours a day then you have to clean your own hotel room
