Great property! Front desk and bartender were all amazing!! My only ding was the pool was not heated (or barely!), and it didn’t have the same amazing aesthetics as other Aloft properties. We had a blast regardless and would definitely stay again!

Could hear a lot of door slamming through out the stay. Staff were very friendly & welcoming.. Great hotel, just more noise than I expected throughout the stay.

Beds are pretty comfortable, however, you need to have more than one choice for pillows. The pillows are like not having a pillow at all. To soft, no structure. I was in neck pain each night/day after sleeping with these pillows!

Beds are lumpy. Don’t like that there is not a door in the bathroom. Person checking us in hardly said anything. Rooms are very small and the remote to the tv was ridiculously hard to figure out

More good than bad
The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and I strongly considered stealing the pillows. The heat/AC unit was a little annoying, but that's probably my own pickiness. The place was pretty quiet, though we do sleep with a white noise machine (which I highly recommend for any hotel). Did not love the open bathroom situation. The sliding door to the WC is cute and seems efficient, but provides pretty much zero noise dampening. Sometimes you want to keep your toilet noises to yourself. My only other complaint is the air freshener scent in the common areas was way too strong. Felt like I was walking into an incense shop. Overall I'd stay again and probably recommend it to others.

Everyone was great. Staff very friendly. Room was very different from any other room at any other hotel. Room was very unique. No complaints at all. Will stay here again if going to events at Baxter.

Wonderful! Check in staff was very pleasant. Everything well kept, great location. Room was on small side but perfect for us as a couple! Only suggestion is that showers should have a non-slip coating applied to floor. Very slick. No handles inside showers either, so fall risk! Otherwise great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was aesthetically pleasing and the decor was devine! The staff was very helpful! Everything was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!
