"The best thing about the hotel was the terrace and view from the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly standard, the food was good but what you would expect from a breakfast buffet. Check in was stressful as I had been delayed in arriving at the hotel and due to the complex layout the employee at the desk insisted I waited for the valet. I had to wait 15 minutes for him to come and was late for a dinner reservation as a result. The valet, who I didn’t ask for, then...

"Karin was very helpful but the room was tiny, the shower was so tiny and it did not drain well. The was a pot for hot water and a couple of packs of sugar but nothing else. No elevator and very narrow stairs. "
