Despite the Atrium construction and all the other upgrades they are working on the staff made an effort to make us feel very comfortable and offer a full complimentary breakfast for two compensate for the inconvenience !

Was told the property was under construction/renovation and that it would be complete by our state date. It was not . The room was dirty and our stay was like living at a construction site.
This is the last time I will ever use Expedia. hyatt hotels was willing to cancel our reservation. Expedia was not and we got caught in a dispute between both . Please beware of the perils of dealing with a third-party facilitator. You’re out on a limb and they just take your money. I had been a long time Expedia customer.

The Hotel is under MAJOR renovation. Lobby and Atrium are totally blocked off with construction walls. The "front desk" is a little table back near the ball rooms.
Quite inconvenient and NO notice on websites that lobby and front end are completely blocked off and there is construction stuff everywhere.

We were not informed the hotel was being renovated. It was filled with dust and loud. Our room had stains on the walls, pillowcases and crumbs on the desk.

Massive construction of entance and of temporarily non- existent atrium.
The facility is basically non-functional and wish they would have considered being closed for renevations rather than have guests try to make do of it.

Phone system does not work correctly. Spend more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone (rang over 100 times), and when they did pick up, they hung up on me twice. While staying there, TV did not work. Had to call maintenance twice. Finally switched rooms. Staff had almost zero concern for guest experience.

Did not disclose the whole property is under construction. Skid steer in hallway, main entrance is shut down, hard to navigate. Not worth the money in its current state.

I don't get the bad reviews. Even with the construction, the hotel is nice. Do yourself a favor and ignore the reviews. The hotel is a great place to stay! Pool is good, exercise room also.... The hotel was clean when I stayed there; the staff was friendly and very responsive.

Property was under full renovation which we were not notified in the expedia add prior to booking. Full rate was charged. Very misleading. We were billed an additional $10 on app for "parking" yet the entire exterior of building was a construction site!

Hotel lobby and most facilities closed for renovation. Made us pay for parking and walk extensive length with luggage to temporary front desk. Room was another long walk from alt checkin. None of this was disclosed at time of booking. Felt taken advantage of, especially paying $20 to park at a suburban location. Expect more from Expedia and Hyatt.
