The hotel ads do not stipulate that no parking is available, except for paid valet parking ($34) and commercial parking lots a few blocks away. The man at the desk answered the phone with a “Yeah” greeting. The night valet delivered my car in the center of the turnabout. If I had had enough time, I would’ve changed hotels, but I roughed it out. Also, even though they had the app for room service, they didn’t have it and the front desk man didn’t alert me of that. So, I ordered dinner on the app and waited 1 1/2 hours become calling the front desk.

Loved the facility, room, and walking distance to Bricktown. The hotel seems understaffed leading to long waits in the valet parking lines, in and out. Overall, a very nice and comfortable hotel.

The staff were fantastic! I wish the facilities would have been cleaner. I also had an instance of a guy going through the valet area on a bike with a ski mask, but no one said anything to him. It was as if it was normal.

The lobby was nice and we really appreciated that to go up the elevator to our floor we had to scan our room key. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room had problems: The carpet was old and stained. The floor is not level and was disconcerting to walk on. The aerator on the bathroom faucet was leaking, causing water to run down the spout and pool around the faucet base. The floor of the tub is concave, not flat, and it was painful for me to stand on and try to keep my balance while showering. I felt very unsafe. The bathroom walls were not clean. I would not choose to stay at this property again, comfortable beds notwithstanding.

This properly is located nicely. It’s an easy walk to the convention center and Bricktown. The service was excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and need to be updated. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was very dated in amenities, furniture, and design. One of the cabinet fronts on the kitchenette was very losely screwed on because it had previously fallen off. Some of the lighting fixtures weren't working properly. Our room was short of towels and washcloths No automatic daily housekeeping. The overall feeling of the room seemed like it had jot been improved since the 1990's. The ice machine on our floor wasnt working, and I had to go 3 floors up to find one that did. The lobby abd the staff were nice and helpful though.

Parking while trying to get checked in was a horrible experience. I know there’s not much room period, but surely you can come up with something better. I was stuck in your “lot” for close to 30 minutes after checking and waiting for a path to drive out so I could get parked at the parking garage..
