We liked having a suite for our family. The parking over the weekend was handled very well by the parking officer and we appreciated that. Overall happy but here are a few of the issues we had. 1. Doorpad key reader did not work upon check in, had to go to desk 3 times to get issue resolved (once maintenance came it was resolved) Sam came to fix it and was AMAZING! They gave us so many great ideas for dinner and was so friendly and efficient. I ran into them another time during our stay and they were so kind! 2. Could not change temperature for air in suite (set to 68). One room was freezing, the other was not 3. Closet door was off track and hard to close 4. Was never given information on WiFi 5. Bathroom exhaust fan in one room did not work, the other was so loud it sounded like to would explode. 6. No body lotion in bathrooms 7. Bathtub faucet (tub to shower) did not close all the way when set to shower 8. If you turned the water knob too far towards hot, it got really stuck! 9. No dish towels or papertowels in the kitchen 10. The gym temperature was too hot! 11. No coffe or beverage station (other than a hidden water cooler) during the day The ladies that work the food area were very kind as well. The front desk seemed short staffed upon check in. Overall a little less than I would expect from a Marriott property.

Very nice room with kitchenette. Breakfast was typical of large hotel continental. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and more or less clean. Have to pay for parking so that was a big surprise. Who charges for parking at their own hotel? Ridiculous. Park at the BassPro for free right next door. Would've been nice if the latenight staff explained parking was an additional fee of $24 usd.

Very nice property. Right in Bricktown and an easy walk to the Paycom Arena where we saw a Thunder game. Staff was fantastic and I loved the free breakfast. I was not a fan of the $23 a day guest parking fee, however. I suspect that might be typical in the area. I never saw that disclosed in the reservation process but I may have just missed it. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.

The location was great. Beds were ok. Breakfast was... free tasting. Lol. Fitness room was small, but ok. Issues were: Was told to come back for check in later. Room was not available. Offered a bottle of water for the wait and took care of parking. After checking in, fireplace wasn't working. They offered a discount per night for that, though.

Weekend Getaway to OKC
The room was very nice. The breakfast was great. The self parking was over-priced. Also, housekeeping didn't have our room on the list for service. I asked the desk clerk to have housekeeping service our room. He asked what we needed and i requested the remove the trash. Housekeeping never did come to our room that day. There was also a piece of equipment in a locked closet that made noises during the night.

Property was clean but clearly understaffed. The area around the hotel has deteriorated over the last few years. Unfortunately that’s not the hotel’s fault. I will say that they do a great job of securing the parking lot.

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel was supposed to be smoke free but people were smoking marijuana in the halls and in their rooms. Whole place smelled of marijuana and our neighbors next to us had smoke coming out of their door. If you have smoke allergies or asthma you may avoid this hotel.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was fully equipped with all you need. The beds were comfortable and the air system worked well. Anything we needed extra was quickly addressed and brought right to our room promptly. The location of the hotel is prime for downtown activities.

Pay for lot parking?
Great room but who has to pay for parking? Just give us a dashboard pass. We have to park then you charge us just to park in your parking lot. That one thing will keep this Marriott member away.
