The only positive thing I can say is the beds were comfortable.
I had paid for my two rooms on the Expedia app. Check in was supposed to be at 3. I arrived at 2:45 and was told the rooms weren’t ready yet. Finally at 4pm we were given a key to ONE of the rooms. The other wasn’t available until 8pm. That meant sharing one bathroom with boys and girls to get ready. It was awful and some of us didn’t have time to shower.
By that time we had already left for the concert when I got the text the room was available finally. I called and told them I would be checking in late and he said if it’s after a certain time, then the room is released and can be rented out. I PAID FOR THE ROOM. I was there to check in at 3:00!! Thankfully I made it before midnight to check in. It was very frustrating. Also we only had 2 towels in a double queen room.
Breakfast was ok. The toaster was broken and the eggs were watery.
Some of the lights didn’t work in the rooms. The bathroom vanity light was out etc.
Check out is at 11, but our cards stopped working at 10:45 while we were trying to load stuff in our car.
All around the stay was upsetting and not relaxing.
