The hotel lost 2 of our room reservations. We were supposed to have 3 rooms and only got one. Our room smelled terrible and never improved with everything we tried. The lobby bathrooms have never been operational and each time we’ve visited, the breakfast is less quality.

Nice breakfast, quiet area not too much homelessness near the hotel but does start towards the end of the road. Nice staff. Stained towels other than that not bad. Some rooms come with a kitchenette but you do still have to ask for some dishes.

My trailer was broken off my vehicle and almost stolen ( I had a stainless steel lock) the jack was broken by them so they couldn’t lower it (I had to unbolt the Jack to get it to drop onto the ball on the back of my vehicle) !

This hotel is great. The breakfast is really good. They have great variety of snacks and pre packaged food. The room was tidy and neat. I just wish the water came out with more pressure. That was my only down side.

“Fun size” pillows
It seemed like everywhere we turned, something was “out of service.” Both bathrooms in the main lobby, the coffee maker in the lobby, one of the locks on a side entrance, the washing machine on our floor, and the handle on the microwave in out room was broken off. This was just what we happened across in the limited area we were in while at the hotel. And..the insanely small pillows on our king size bed were laughable. Four square throw pillows if you ask me. Also had to wedge a washcloth between the shower doors to keep it from sliding open during use. Overall, not a great stay. It was clean and the staff were all pleasant, but we will not be returning.

Very poor experience with customer service when needing to reschedule due to serious illness in family, when there was ample availability and was simply hoping to switch, not outright cancel. Expedia and the hotel played phone jockey with me for half an hour before one of them finally admitted they weren’t interested in actually helping. Won’t be booking with this brand again.

Plastic wrap over some of windows. The buffet breakfast was amazingly bad. Coffee machine was broke. Omelet if you can call it that was pressed down to cardboard size. Not sure what was in it. Hash browns were pale gray limp things. No muffins. Fruits was a single apple in saran wrap. Rest Rooms in public area out of order. The first room they tried to give me the led strip and mirror was shorting out. The second room the bathroom sink would not drain. I had to pry it open. It had two TVs but only one worked. Room was facing freeway and you could clearly hear traffic sounds

Not quiet
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the walls seemed very very thin. We could hear the people in the room over talking and when their alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning, I woke up, reached over for my phone, thinking it was mine that was going off! We were also by the ground door to outside, so every time someone came in or out the door it was slamming shut very loudly.

Had to leave 1 day early and was told no problem. Booked through Expedia and was told they would handle any refund Expedia contacted Best Western and was told they wouldn’t agree to a refund. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times with no problems until now.

The Pillows Are Fine, Just Open Them Up...
Great hotel in the industrial area of OK City. Safe, with cameras in the parking lot. And good breakfast. Note that people have complained about the pillows here being square and small; we saw what they mean, but this is the case for other hotels we've stayed at. Tip: Hotels like to squish them up into nice squares to show them as fluffy and cute. But you can fix this by opening the cases up from their tucked position, then fluff them and combine them however you like.
