Hotel is dated & does have a faint smell (musty) however due to weather I think that’s normal for the area (Okinawa is a tropical island). I did enjoy the roomy space in the room, good view, bathroom was nice, location was good. Hotel is next to monorail, a Lawsons & walking distance to Kosukaidori Street. Staff was ok, not rude, just a little on the serious side. They could be a little more friendlier. I felt like they were always suspicious and watching my every move when I was in the lobby or lounge. And at checkout the manager was waiting to see if I was going to throw a fit when I had to pay for parking. My cousin came to park when he picked us up so even though he didn’t park a full 24 hours each day I had to pay as if he parked 24 hours each day of my stay. They didn’t really have anyone that spoke English, so I do suggest they hire someone who can. And it would be great if they had coffee to go cups for the lounge area.
