"We booked this hotel because of the location. It was close to the Brown County music center. They offered a shuttle to and from the concert. We chose to walk home after the concert, and it was an easy walk. The restaurant; however, is a different story. We tried to get a table at 5 o’clock and were told that it was reservation only, Even though there were numerous empty seats in the restaurant. We were told we weren’t even allowed to eat at the bar. "The rental was clean and cozy. The bed comfortable and clean. The couch set low for me though, and the shower was slippery, and had no hand rail. If you have to use a grab bar, bring along one. I loved that the toilet set higher, and was comfy. They were well stocked with toilet paper and coffee supplies. Very friendly."

"Absolutely fabulous! My only suggestion is to have signage that says Cricket Hill Lodge and cabins."

"House was good for group as whole— no mirrors were in the house, dishwasher not working properly, flashing loose on front of house, towel bars or hooks in bathrooms, secure trash cans on porch from raccoons, newer pillows, more large serving bowls."

"We stayed here with a group of our friends and really enjoyed hanging around the fire pit, using the pool table, arcade machine, and the hot tub! We loved getting our own robe that was on each bed at check in. There is a great outdoor patio space for meals and morning coffee as well as a bench by the pond that was a good space for intentional talks with friends. The check in process was easy and the check out work was minimal! Will definitely be staying here again!"

"It was absolutely gorgeous. The cabin comfortably fit 11 people including myself and there were plenty of activities around the property. I definitely will be coming back again and i recommend this property to anyone visiting hocking hills!"

"This cabin is very nice and it has a lot of space! The only things I would suggest is having better lighting outside in the drive way. Also, our toilets had a hard time flushing. Besides that, this is somewhere I would come back to!!"

"This cabin is amazing. The pool house is so nice and big. My kids loved the heated salt water pool. It has a nice sitting area for the adults to watch them and the TV was a big hit. They would have a show on while playing in the pool. The outside fireplace was covered, so even when it rained our family enjoyed making s'mores outside. The hot tub was so nice and seats 8. "We had a great weekend and the house was great. Only issue was their was dead flies everywhere when we arrived. They were in all window seals, garden tub and around floor edges. Had to run sweeper to clean up before family arrived."

"This house was so pretty and extremely large! It was perfect for our group. The only bad thing was that the electric went out overnight but it wasn't the property owner's fault, it was a wind storm that was pretty bad. However, the property owner stayed in contact with us and kept us informed on when the power would be back on. It came on hours before they said. It was a fun stay!"

"The space is AMAZING. It's big and clean and there are good beds and comfortable couches. The only things that were frustrating was the WiFi was near non-existent. Even with resetting the router. There's a huge movie room and you can't even log into any app or watch movies unless you buy them on demand. "Loved staying at this cabin. Hot tub was very nice, had a campfire with s'mores. Make sure to take the short trail behind the fire pit to see a recess cave!"

"Nice property in downtown. Not new, but has charm. Location for activities is great. If you don’t do well with night nose, may not be ideal. I have no problem falling asleep, so no issue for me."
