I believe they did their best with what they have but new bedding, old & worn out, dust ruffle had what appeared to have semen stain. lamp shades are dirty & stained, replace ceiling fan in living room, it was so out of balance it couldn't be used & light bulbs were not working. "Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. I'd stay again. "
