Fantastic Time Again
This was our 4th time staying in this property. Its so comfortable and accommodations are just as described. We had a few shut-in days due to the weather but it was still great. So much space and plenty of rooms/ decks for “me time”. The area is great as well. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Owner is very reliable and open to communication from time of booking to checkout. I would highly recommend it.

A hidden gem
This was our first visit to beautiful Bethany Beach, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The Marina is tucked away on a lovely little outlet with lots of birds and plants. Our kids really enjoyed the community pool. The townhome was immaculate. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. You can tell this place is loved year round, and the owners really care about the guest experience. From the decor, to the beach and water gear, to the well stocked kitchen essentials…nothing was left out! I loved enjoying my morning coffee on one of 3 decks overlooking the marina, and the kids enjoyed the many games and puzzles the owners provided. This is a must see. If you’re on the fence, just book it! The joke of our trip was “everything is 7 minutes away!”

Beach Vacation
We have stayed at this property for years and we have a great time every time we stay here. Great location close to everything, we bring the boat and have great time going out into the bay doing some fishing and then cruise over to Paradise Grill for lunch. 5 out of 5 for sure!

The home was as stated. We enjoyed the 3 floors that helped all of us find time to ourselves. 3 outdoor areas helped as well. The closeness of the pool was appreciated since we used it every day. It was very convenient that extra parking and the dog area were so close to the home. The surrounding bay was an added eye catcher to us. I was able to use the bicycles and kayakes. It was a new experience on the bay. We usually go on streams or rivers, The neighborhood and Yacht Basin Road toward the bay was perfect for my dog walk. Our family is hoping for a repeat visit in 2024!

Perfect Getaway

Great stay not great weather
We had bad luck with weather but the house was great and the kids got to ride bikes during the rain breaks. It’s located in a quiet area which was nice but a short drive to the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

This property is a great place to stay. This was our third time staying here and except for a few updates, nothing has changed. Still very clean. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful. People are friendly. Nice market less than 5 minutes away. Owner is great with communication. It’s a perfect place to stay for families. So many places to gather for fun but at the same time everyone has space for some “me” time. Great place to stay!

A Must Go to Place!
We had a fabulous time! Property is well kept. This is our second year staying there and we hope to be able to continue staying there. Owner is very responsive and reliable. The view is second to none. Great restaurants are close by. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Home offers plenty of space, even when you need some alone time. I would 100% recommend it. No regrets.

Girls Trip 2022 beach trip
The entire process, from renting and paying for the stay at this house, communicating with the property owners, to checking in and out, was seamless. All of us enjoyed the house design, the marina neighborhood, and the interior decoration were awesome. The only thing that was a drawback was the stairs. There are 2 staircases inside. If you have any mobility problems, and our group had various degrees of issues( bad knees or hips or back) the steps may not be optimal. Other than that...we loved it!

Much needed vacation
Finally able to get away with family. This townhome provided a very nice space to do so. We did not feel cramped at all and it provided many extras. Lovely views, especially in the evening. Dogs were welcome and they enjoyed their time as well.

A Great Choice
You will not be disappointed when you choose to stay at this property. The condo is super-clean, well maintained and features decks with bay views to relax on. With 3.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, there is more than enough room for families or groups to comfortably spread out. The Delaware Beaches can be congested and busy, so the slower pace of Bethany Beach and the Bethany Marina is a huge plus.

Beautiful location and lovely home. Rick and Cathy very responsive to any questions. So much to do in this area. Relaxing on the decks in the morning and evenings was perfect. Very quiet location considering how many units there. Only bit on the downside all bedrooms other than master are very small but we didn’t seem to mind after we settled in. Living area is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen wonderful. Views are amazing. Thanks Rick and Cathy !!

We picked this property because of the great reviews and I can safely say, they were all right. The property, the owner the experience did not disappoint. We chose this winter time to go because, between the mass of people in the area during the the summer and the cold, we preferred the cold. The house is very well kept, very clean (*well, we did find dog hairs in a comforter, but that was minor to us), very modern interior, decorations and design, very well stocked with dishes, games, amenities, etc...even bikes to ride. And the proximity to the water is priceless. We were very comfortable. And the owner is very nice and very responsive when we reached out. The only down part for us was that an owner at another property had his dog unleashed running around the complex without any supervision which made it a little unsettling to our dog who wanted to enjoy her supervised unleashed freedom. But sure, if you're thinking of heading there to this property, we give it 5 stars along with the owner 5 stars. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. We will go again in the future.

Our vacation was beyond what we expected. We had a great time. Townhouse is really large. We had more than ample space when we wanted to spend time doing things together and ample space for having “me” time. Many conveniences within the immediate area. Great restaurants and a really nice local market. It was so nice and quiet. Great place to stay!

We spent two weeks including the Fourth of July in this well appointed, spacious, conveniently located and comfortable, marina home. We were a family of 8 (5 adults, 3 children and family dog). The three level floor plan was well laid out and worked exceedingly well for our needs. Watching sunrises and sunsets from the decks became a daily treat. Very appreciative of the attention given by the owners. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Fabulous vacation
This was such a nice property and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Even our dog was comfortable. We usually rent a vacation house so we were a little leary of being so close to so many people but we didn't even notice. Everyone was nice, quiet and respectful. The owner is also so polite and helpful. He gave us suggestions of other beaches and restaurants we very much enjoyed. I would highly recommend this rental and we hope to be back again soon!

The home was very well decorated, and had access to the water from all three floors. Nine foot ceilings gave the rooms a very spacious and grand feel. Water basically surrounds the property. A quick drive into Bethany. Owners were very responsive. .We had a great time!

Great stay for a quiet Spring Break!
The property was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. It was much more spacious than it appears in the photos. We loved the two separate hang out areas so the kids could have their own spot. Perfect for our family of four. Also enjoyed meals on the middle deck. Nice and quiet neighborhood but a quick drive to Bethany and to the grocery store. Best part was discovering the nearby state park that is on the Bay where we could take our pup. Also went mini-golfing, and took a day trip down to OC. Thanks for a great stay!

We were absolutely thrilled with this vacation home. Beautiful house stocked with everything we could have needed. The marina is also gorgeous and the view to die for! We had an excellent stay at the property. The description and photos were exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. Close proximity to the pool and boat slip was wonderful. A quick drive to the beach or Bethany boardwalk but far enough away to relax. There was plenty of every day things such as the grill pots pans silverware available. We had a fantastic time.
