"I planned a girls trip with 12 women! We had plenty of space…This property was amazing! Clean and luxurious!! The house is exactly what was advertised! The owner communicated with me the entire time!! We knew exactly what to expect! I would recommend using the local concierge service….. very reasonably priced and super accommodating! The concierge arranged for transportation to and from our private boat charter…which was a fantastic experience… I highly recommend!!"

"We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and the hosts truly are the best and kindest hosts we've ever dealt with. One minor glitch and it was taken care of right away. They went far beyond any normal VRBO would do to make sure our stay was pleasant. They made us feel like we were family staying in their home. The house was beautiful and very secure. All the little extras from fresh flowers to fresh local fruit they had for us was very impressive. You can’t go wrong staying in their amazing home!!"

"Is a nice house to stay, the only thing is that the house is Not in front of the beach but is several steps from it. The pool that is mentioned is not a pool is more likely a Jacuzzi but it was nice. We enjoyed it, the ONLY but about it is the showers one of them is too dirty from walls to bottom I didn’t feel comfortable showering."

"One block from the Ocean Park beach, with cute balcony for coffee or a cocktail. Nice size studio for two people with standard stocked kitchenette. Easy checkin and good communication. Has everything you need for a DIY beach day - chairs, towels, cooler. This end of the beach is lovely, more chill. (We didn't want to stay in touristy/busier Condado.) Numero Uno hotel bar is a 5-10 min walk but has a minimum pp to use the loungers. Ubers are pretty cheap in SJ, heads up neighborhood is "gated" so...

"Nice location. About a 10 min drive from the airport. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of eateries and stores within walking distance. I never felt unsafe walking the neighborhood. Rental was nice, clean & affordable. The only drawback was the neighbor’s dog barks sometimes. It’s not a constant thing but if people are highly sensitive, they might be bothered. Some of the locals drive crazy, but thats to be expected. Hardly anybody uses turn signals and some even take red lights. Use...

"What an amazing property Coqui del Mar is. Hotel is overall well kept. We stayed at their biggest room, Orange Room, which has a HUGE kitchen, living room, and cute little bathroom. The property is generally well kept, although some areas started to show its age and could use refreshing, i.e. shower in the bathroom, appliances in the kitchen, plants around properties that are not well trimmed, outdoor furniture and turf around hot tub that started to show its age.
