You will enjoy a fantastic location near the coast. Joseph Sylvia State Beach is a mere half-mile away, perfect for strolls filled with fresh ocean air. If you follow Seaview Avenue north for a mile, you'll find your way to the soft sands of Inkwell Beach. After a few moments of relaxing on the shore, stop by Oak Bluffs for a meal at restaurants like Slice of Life.

Whether you spend your days exploring the beach or simply shopping downtown, you'll love coming back to the Island inn to unwind. From Farm Neck Golf Club a short walk away to tennis and a shared pool right on-site, relaxing has never been easier! At the end of the day, you'll love returning to your cozy, nautical-themed condo, with two double-size beds and a compact kitchen for your convenience. The newly renovated kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Whip up a meal inside, or venture out to the shared grilling area for al fresco dining. After dinner, free WiFi and cable on the flatscreen TV offer plenty of entertainment.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Delightful Stay
Island Inn location was a treasure. Close to Oak Bluff and Edgartown beaches. Pro tennis lessons on the premises. Fun playground and swimming pool added to a already great experience. Staff was accommodating and the restaurant offerings were perfect!

Vacation on Bicycles
Location and amenities were ideal. The location is a 10 minute bicycle ride from the Oak Bluffs Ferry and we packed everything we needed. Rooms were very well kept and Noman's restaurant had just the quick meals and cold drinks we were looking for. You can enjoy the beach using the bikepath 10 minutes away and Edgardown 20 minutes away without any traffi by Bike. Fantastic!

We had a great stay here in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard. Check-in was easy and the room was very clean. It had great amenities and the location is great for getting places around the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and clean
Very lovely little room in Oak Bluff. Exceptionally clean and bright. We went before the season so there wasn’t a lot of things open which proved to be frustrating when it came to meals but it was lovely not having a lot of people there. One word of advice make sure you reserve the ferry if you plan on taking a car over to the island. It books up insanely early.

Wonderful stay on Martha’s Vineyard
Our room was very clean and was refreshed every day. However we did not have enough washcloths. We did not have a car, so we wished we were closer to town, however we learned how to flag down the bus. We also used Uber and were happy with that.

We very much enjoyed our stay in 23F! This nicely decorated room is toward the edge of the property and, therefore, was quieter. It's shaded by trees as well. Another plus was the small counter in the kitchen area - perfect for enjoying breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay
My husband and I stayed in # 23 F, one of the studio units, for 3 nights. It’s as pretty as the pictures and very clean. Leah in the office was friendly and welcoming. Getting clean towels daily was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t use the pool or tennis courts because of the chilly and sometimes rainy weather, but both looked nice. The courts are clay and are in great shape. You could get by without a car as there is a sidewalk/bike path into Oaks Bluff and beach within walking distance, but we were glad we brought ours in order to explore different parts of Martha’s Vineyard. I would also recommend Island Inn for families with young children. Lots of outdoor space for kids to run around and play, including a small playground and large grassy areas. However, we enjoyed our off season, quiet weekend without them!
