I was in the hotel to recover from hip replacement therapy, so I was temporarily using a walker. The staff was amazing! Each and every one I met went out of their way to help me or to offer help, from the waitress at the breakfast buffet to housekeeping to the front desk. They helped me to change money in order to pay my hospital bill, escorted me to a local bank and back again, and ensured that everything went right despite a multitude of opportunities for it to go wrong. I most highly recommend the Sheraton Novi Sad.

It was great. Breakfast was good. Should have better coffee options. I was in suite and giant bathtub with no bubbles to put in which ducks. Had to fix my self the drain to kerp the water in a tub. Other then that it was great place.

All good, but room service food very bad, ordered ham and cheese toast 2 time, both was ice cold. Even tho the bread was pre toasted.

Novi Sad is a small town with a beautiful old town on both sides of the river. This Sheraton is about half hour on foot from the old town. Staff is nice and helpful and professional. Good value for the money.

Staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed at the facility. Dinner is great!!. I highly recommend the roasted pork,,it was my favorite. Unfortunately can’t remember the name of the gay who suggested me every day what to choose for dinner. He was great !!!. All areas within this hotel are kept well maintained and cleaned. Definitely will comeback some day.

The only thing I dislike is when you say the SPA working time is from 9am till 10pm, that should mean client can go and use SPA from 9am, not 10am while everything is ready inside of the object. I would prefere more that you say SPA is working from 10am till 10pm so I can manage my time.

We couldn’t even see our room - we were “kindly” sent back! Our reservation was planned for Saturday, but we had a car accident, so I immediately called the hotel reception to inform them and kindly asked them if it would be possible to change the date to the other day when we were expected to reach the town. The lady on the phone checked very precisely in the system while I was waiting on the phone patiently although it was extra charged as an international phone call (really expensive as I can see now). The receptionist assured me that everything was fine and she would immediately change the reservation for Sunday. I was really grateful! We arrived absolutely exhausted on the next evening around 8 pm after having driven by car almost 1200km from Greece. The two gentlemen at the reception told us that the promised change was no longer valid (manager’s decision) and we have to be newly charged once again in order to stay. We had already paid about 120€! We left the hotel and decided to drive another 1000km, sleeping in the car! Never again Novi Sad, never again SHERATON!

Perfect Hotel !
I am pleasantly surprised with level of service, cleanliness and comfort this hotel has. I stayed at Sheraton Hotels all over North America and I haven't experienced such amazing service like I did in Novi Sad. Staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to ensure our stay with them was relaxing and trouble free. From comfortable beds, soft linen and good quality toiletries this hotel definitely kept our interest to come back and stay there again.

We spent our first wedding night at Sheraton Novi Sad. I shown up in my wedding dress. Even though there were no surprise gifts from hotel 😂 we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was bit pricey though and no free WiFi morning after.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with them However the Temperature in the rooms were set at 22 degrees C and it was not possible to lower it and hence the nights were not very pleasant
