"We booked fairly last minute for a two-night stay. The room heater was on on arrival which was a nice touch as we’d just arrived by motorcycle on a rainy evening. There is a CAMRA-registered pub opposite and a great breakfast and dirty burger restaurant within a minute’s walk. Tesco express right round the corner. The room itself is a bit small, but has all you need for a short stay, and there’s a nice big car park for the building, too. Despite the nightlife on the doorstep, the neighbourhood...

The only small fault is that there is no clear signage to tell you that you have indeed arrived at the hotel and where exactly the front entrance is - other than that a great place to stay"
