"The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay."

"The location and home were very nice. The owner is super nice and very accommodating. House was very clean and organized. Equipped with high chair and toys for children. Overall would recommend renting here for a nice little vacation or getaway!"

"We had two days before we caught a flight out of Jacksonville airport. It was super close to the airport and very convenient for us. It was a good medium ground between the airport and the beaches. We love the rockers on the porch; it was very peaceful. We would stay again."

"I needed a place to stay a few nights by myself because my wife was not able to come with me. I didn't want to pay for a large unit a hotel with amenities I would not use, such as a conference room, free breakfast, office with a printer, etc. This was priced perfectly and was basically equal to a hotel room, only not as costly. The pool is nice, but I did not have time to use it. The bed was very comfortable. I have degenerative disc disease and have to sleep on a level bed, not one that sags...
