There are no water views. We were in #4 witch was billed as one but there was no view. Thhe beach was great. Parking is VERY tight. My husband parked out by the road so we didn't have to keep back all the way out with all the other cars parked everywhere

There is limited parking; Cottage 3 has no spot. No TV in the bedroom. Equipped with coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. but no dishwasher or dishwashing liquid. Good location close to beach and town with many restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Very pleased
Rhe cottage was absolutely beautiful and everything was provided in the cabin including new pans and dishes. It was very clean and had that cottage feel. My only thing I noticed was in the bathroom, the towel racks were not properly installed abd pulling out of rhe sheetrock but definitely not an issue, just an observation.

No hot water
Location is great. Unfortunately our hot water heater was broken and had to call 3 times to get hot water. maintenance was responsive, it was just really annoying to have to keep having the heater reset. Shower and bathroom are really small for a family. You can barely turn around. Overall, good location, bedrooms were adequate. I may just try a different cottage next time.

Considered leaving two min after I arrived
I have two words: No closet. A few more include the fact that the “twin bed” was a hard slab of a collapsable excuse for a structure with no linens whatsoever and no pillow. This place was substandard, to say the least. Paint chipping off the walls, a shabby “dresser” and again…no closet. It was clean, the kitchen was fine and everything worked, i.e., appliances. I will never stay there again.

We had such a great time staying at TBC! Privacy, quiet, beautiful beach, and super easy to get to. The only recommendation to ownership would be to make some repairs to the cottage we were in. Ie- windows are old and drafty. We will absolutely be back next year and for years to come!

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was just the right size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very cozy and dog friendly. The deck with chairs was a nice additional. My only wish would be a fire pit on the deck. And a bit more lighting inside the cottage.

Location is perfect. Walk to the beach. Close to Wellfleet and Ptown. We had the 1 room for 4 (my husband and 2 teen daughters) and it was very cramped. You can’t use the living space when the pullout is out as you have to move the other furniture into the kitchen area. Luckily the weather was perfect so we were not inside much.

Cute cottage. Microwave did not work. Not many parking options for cars told only one car per cottage. Drain was clogged in the bathroom sink with dental floss hair and bobby-pins. We cleaned this ourselves. Not much storage for clothing. 1 small dresser in each room.

This was a nice getaway for a couple of days. Only thing that would have been better would have been the weather. It was cold and rainy. The time we spent there was very peaceful and quiet in cabin 4 by the beach.

It has been publicized as sleeps 4, with a pull out couch. But when you pullout the couch you can barely do anything, there is no room to put the accent chairs and the coffee table without blocking the other room, kitchen or the main entrance.

Very nice beach cottage. Direct beach access. No direct beach view from cottage. Very small bedrooms. But quite comfy. Very quiet during the off-season.

Very Disappointing
We went after 4th of July holiday and the cabin was cramped even for a couple. Sofa and rug were very dirty, but made us upset is that even paying over $400/night with no housekeeping, they have the audacity to ask you to clean before you leave! Besides that the location is good, but totally not worth it the time and money!

What was there not to like ? Other than i wish our stay was longer lol.. the cottage was very nice! Cute little cottage with a small kitchen. Cottage had everyt thing u needed as well. Nice grilling deck with i think 4 propane grills for guests to use. The beach out front was really nice and a short walk from the cottages. We loved how dog friendly Ptown and the surrounding areas are. U can pretty much bring your dog anywhere which we really loved and cant wait to go again next Summer !!!

Not very accommodating
The check in and out times are off from any other hotel. You loose 2 hours. They wouldn’t help with an extra hour checkout. Said they need all the time for cleaning. There’s only 10 cottages, 1/2 were still occupied. A/c had a huge light up display that lit up the whole room at night. Hard to sleep. Bathroom was tiny and had no mirror. Shower controls were near impossible to figure out, and would never have a problem with that. You could easily burn yourself. Opening the window nearly took my fiancé fingers off. Cute place overall, but not very accommodating to the guest. And it was far from cheap.

As I mentioned to you, we work very hard to make sure all cottages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each of our guests and need the dedicated time to do so. The cottage was very clean,a particular concern during these Covid times. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Equiped kitchen. Nice amenities and decor. Definitely recommend this property.

Lovely in not Covid times
The location was perfect and it was convenient that they provided beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked. I witnessed housekeeping go in and out of cottages without properly wearing asks during transition times between stays. The bed was too soft and the floors were sticky
