Absolutely Loved the condo.

Nice Stay
Overall we had a great stay. The view was fantastic, the pools were clean. The kitchen sink made some unusual noises, and had a continual leak. The Family room TV was very difficult to figure out how to watch anything that wasn't on an app. We wanted to watch the local stations but couldn't figure it out. Those are really the only things i would say were even remotely negative about the stay. Thanks again, we will be back!

Happy that you enjoyed your stay but sorry about the TVs. TVs have gotten complicated and we explain in the unit directions basic instructions on the TVs. Next time call us and we can send someone over to help. We would be thrilled to have you back!

Great location. First of all, I am NOT a complainer but you asked. Toaster did not work, water handle in the main bathroom shower/bathtub needs a new, cockroaches in secondary bedroom. called about it and 2 days later got a reply. Don't know if it was ever sprayed. Told attendant at checkout and nothing was ever written down.

The condo was just as described, location was great, close enough to North Myrtle Beach but not crowded. Loved that we had a washer and dryer!

Short answer...if you want to stay at Prince Resort, rent it from the resort. Long answer..this is a realty company renting this property. They will give you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, no kleenex, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 trash bag. They call it a "starter kit", you have to buy the rest. Who goes on a vacation to go buy basic cleaning/toilet paper supplies You have to make ur own beds. They are not made when you get there. We stayed 10 days...4 adults,. You can't really buy a few dishwasher pod or toilet paper or paper towels or trash bags.. 1 trash bag? Really, no towels for the pool. They are only open 9-5 @ the realty company. Its about 5 miles away. There answering services knows nothing!! They have to call you back. The resort can do nothing for you. Its a privately owned unit. The 2nd bedroom has no window, no ceiling fan. I could go on...but you should get the picture. Its in an okay place on the beach. All I can say if ur going to stay through this company is , there is a dollar store or pack toilet paper, trash bags, kleenex and dishwasher pods to go on vacation!

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.... If you rent from the resort you will pay 2 times as much as we charge which will buy a lot of TP and paper towels... We are 3 miles from Prince Resort. Bottom line is we are sorry that you were not happy with our services....

Roaches/poor customer service
The fact it took 2hours after the operation opens to return a roach call is terrible then 16 hours to get someone to spray. No one ever showed up to fix the recepticales on the counter or the in the fan living room or the dang toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The tv in the bedroom went out. I wouldn't be so mad if there would have been communication with us and a little sympathy for the poor standards. The condo needs some TLC.

We are very sorry for your experience... we did call the onsight management company within minutes of your reaching out to us... These companies that spray these big buildings are contracted by the property manager (not us). I agree that is a very long time to have had to wait. In regards to the other items we are very sorry as this is not par for our company. Bottom line is we let you down and are very sorry.

We are very sorry for your experience... We are a rental company that rents units in the Prince Resort... We are very surprised as there are security personnel as well as front desk staff on duty that unruliness would have been allowed on the balconies at this resort....a call to the front desk might have been in order. Regretfully the beach is a public beach and folks are allowed to legally shoot off fireworks... We are very sorry that you lost sleep but are happy that there were things that you enjoyed during your stay...

Condo was very outdated, dirty pillow and sheets in sofa bed, floors very dirty, and bathroom shower had mildew. Only allow a certain amount if towels, went to front desk and they said because we didn’t book through them, we were not allowed to have extra towels, so had to wash towels. DVD player didn’t work, the view was the best part of this condo.Thanks, Lisa Whitaker.

I enjoyed my stay. This was a very nice condo. I was disappointed in the wifi service. The service would come and go so I had to just use my data on my mobile phone. The only complaint I have is that the tv remove for the master bedroom and den didn't work even after we replaced the batteries. I called the realtor on Wednesday about this and about 2 lights that were out (over stove and in guest bathroom). They said they would send someone but no one ever came. I know we used to change tv manually in the old days but back then, we only had about 5 channels. Other than that, everything was very nice.

We thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad for the most part that you enjoyed your stay, however are not sure what happened to our maintenance guy... I see that a work order was generated... this is not a typical issue. Very sorry for that.

Dirty and needs updating
The location and resort are great but this unit needs help. Some new carpet and furnishings would go a long way here. The armchairs were so dirty and threadbare we didn't even want to sit on them. Couch wasn't great either. Old tube tvs with remotes that didn't work. All of the furniture looks to be hotel furniture that is due for replacing. In addition to that, the place was filthy when we checked in. The entire kitchen was sticky when we got there. Plastic bags literally stuck to the counter. All of the beds had hair in them. Gross. The balcony floor was filthy too. Even with a reclean there was still crushed cheeros and beer bottle caps on the floor. Too bad because the view and amenities are great. Looks like the resort tries to stay fresh but this unit is a different story.

We very much regret any time that a guest does not have a great vacation experience with our company and we welcome those reviews both the good and the bad however I will add that for the most part most of our reviews are good. We rate this condo basic and affordable and agree that the chairs in the living room need to be replaced... they are comfortable but the are a bit threadbare on the arms... sofa is okay but not great but the rest of the furnishings as does most of the entire building have the same style hotel style furniture. Prince Resort is a condo tel ergo the hotel style furnishing. We don't agree it needs to be replaced but it would not hurt our feelings if it were. In regard to housekeeping We provide all of our guests the phone number for their housekeeper and explain in the check in package that the housekeeper is available 24/7 if for any reason a guest is not happy with housekeeping. We regret they did not avail themselves to this option. We sincerely regret the guests dissatisfaction but wish that they reached out to us as we are always ready to address guest concerns. We could have easily brought remotes for example. We have notified the owner. We did however move this guest Sunday morning the day after they checked in and they were very satisfied with where we moved them.
