Renovated in February 2022. This family-owned Cherry Grove / North Myrtle Beach condo has it all, an oceanfront balcony, steps to the sand. Close to the Cherry Grove Pier and the marsh nature trail on 53rd. Whether you enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony, feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves, you will be planning your next Beach vacation before this one is over.

The Sedgefield is a small 5-story building and is perfect for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the oceanfront pool.

This 1st floor (one floor above ground level) 3 bedroom / 3 bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances (induction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), granite countertop, washer/dryer, WiFi, new 58” 4K smart/Roku tv in the living room and 43” 4K smart/Roku tv in each bedroom. Linens, towels, are provided for your convenience. Covered parking is available.

Important note: building strictly forbids pets* and house parties. Motorcycles and golf cars are not permitted on property.
There are two parking spaces available.
Failure to adhere to the building rules will result in eviction without refund.

*Important note. The “no pets” policy is a building rule for renters. Owners can have pets and some do. I cannot guarantee an allergy free apartment. We do our best to thoroughly clean the unit after each rental but if you have a severe allergy and health concerns, this is probably not the right rental for you.

Great Place! Not ideal for elderly
Was overall impressed with this condo. It was very well stocked, they had ALOT of beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys. They had plenty of nice towels and washcloths. Sheets were very nice and beds comfortable. The only downside is its not great for older people with hip or knee problems. The toilets are very low and there is no beach accessibility. The only access to beach is a sandy pathway that leads to a sand dune cliff. No way an elderly person could get down it or back up. Luckly the condo next door had a very easy board walkway with no steps to get to beach. It does have an elevator.

One of our best VRBO stays ever!!!
First of all from the moment we expressed interest in this property the owners could not have been more pleasant, informational and communicative. They answered every question we had and made it a very easy to go through the rental process. The property was perfect in every way. Clean and neat with great size and everything one could use for a beach vacation. We were on the beach every day in just a few steps. The closeness to the beach made for easy access for a quick lunch or rest. We met the property manager and he was kind and friendly. The area where this rental is is so quiet and restful. Just what we’d hoped for! Don’t think twice if you’re looking for a restful beach vacation. If you want more activities it’s not far to restaurants and nightlife. We’re hoping to return again soon!

Perfect for the whole family!
Pleasantly surprised to find this condo exactly as described and as pictured! Very clean and kept as well as fully stocked with anything you may need. We traveled with kiddos 12, 7, and 3. They had plenty of room and everyone was very pleased. The location was FANTASTIC for our family! We were looking for a quieter area, yet close enough to all of our adventures and thats exactly what we got without sacrificing the beach and views. Communication with Leslie was a breeze and we would definitely book this condo again. Worth noting(in my opinion) a short walk to the end of the dead end road there is a trail leading out to Cherry grove point and it is a stunning walk through the dunes and perfect for watching a beautiful sunset!

Appreciated the very nice appliances and well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed. Easy access to condo on first floor and Leslie was very easy to communicate with. We appreciated the tasteful decor with nice accessorizing. Very few cons in this property, one being not much closet hanging space due to stored articles and another a non-slip mat needed in bathtub and the last (due to our advanced age) the commodes are low and the access to the beach over the dune is challenging. We have a hilarious video of my son helping me get up and over. There is a public access to the beach four buildings over which is relatively flat. All in all we had a very good time and the only reason we would not book again is the low commodes and the dune crossing. Our old knees just were not compatible. I would recommend this condo to anyone else. Enjoy!

Won't Be Disappointed
The view from the condo was fabulous. The ocean allows you to be reborn and and take a second look at life. The view from the condo was fabulous. The minute we walked into the condo we were not disappointed since it was pictured and describes spot on. The condo was clean and fully functional with everything you would need for cooking and drinking wine. The showers were great (I base my opinion of a hotel/condo on showers and beds). The location was perfect. Leslie (Owner) was a delightful host. Quickly to communicate and accommodate all needs. Would rent again and again. NOTE - I am very particular so this recommendation does not come lightly.

The three bedroom condo was perfect for our family! It was clean and spacious. The updated kitchen had everything you could ever need to make your stay easier. We were close to the ocean and even closer to the fenced pool which is wonderful when you have a toddler in tow. We would certainly recommend the condo to anyone wanting space & comfort. Owner was quick to respond and very accommodating.

Classic Cherry Grove
My wife and I decided to get away for our 10th anniversary weekend and we couldn't have been more pleased to stay at this condo in Cherry Grove. Everything within the condo was great from the time we arrived till the time we departed. It's a beautiful place and we highly recommend taking a look at this condo in Cherry Grove.
