"Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."

"A great hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were upgraded to a suite, nice sized room, bathroom was compact but manageable ( a larger person could struggle as the toilet is very close to the sink). Breakfast buffet was great, good selection. Ideal location for ABBA Voyage, less than 10 minutes walk away. Also Westfield shopping centre is within a 5 minute walk."
