"Even though the hotel is right at the center of Times Square, we felt cozy and away from the crowds in our room on the 25th floor. The room was small but neat and the bathroom was great! Big walk-in shower! Huge plus for me!"

" The check-in was quick and efficient. The desk clerk was friendly and proficient. (We were uncertain about how to operate the room key elevator access, because there was no explanation, but we figured it out rather quickly.) All lobby staff, cleaning personnel, and breakfast crew were first class. All were courteous and helpful. Our rooms were well maintained and comfortable, with nice amenities, including refrigerator, microwave, dishes, eating utensils and dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioners functioned well. The breakfast, which was included in the stay, was plentiful and hot, with a nice variety of items. A bonus offering was packaged breakfast sandwiches, which we took to our rooms for snack items later in the day. The location was superb. We were very close to Times Square, theaters, Rockefeller Center, and subways. It was easy to get around and see numerous sights. We enjoyed our stay at Home 2 Suites, Time Square, and we will consider it again when we return to NYC."

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "

"Gorgeous luxury hotel in the heart of nyc. Everything in Times Square was walkable. It’s one block from the subway station which we used frequently to get around greater manhattan (purchase the unlimited week pass). RT60 bar on the 64th floor had great food and beautiful covered outdoor seating. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were everywhere and very friendly. My only complaint is there was a $40 resort fee per day that surprised us at checkout. Found it on Expedia later by opening all the collapsed notes. Now you not only have to read the fine print, you have to go digging to find it. Resort fees are common in New-York and this was an issue with how Expedia presented the info so I didn’t remove any stars for this unfortunate event. Overall, hotel was perfect and exceeded expectations. "
