"The home is not clean, with cockroaches in the house, only a couple of plates and cups, and no silverware. The home is in a bad neighborhood, we heard multiple gunshots and screaming outside in the neighborhood. We ended up leaving the 2nd day and found a much better home. The owner has refused to refund and has not communicated with us."

"My sister and I stayed at this property for a vacation from Maine and we absolutely fell in love with it. It’s directly on the beautiful Ft Myers Beach. There are gorgeous sunsets every single night, local boat tours and fishing charters. In a great location for plenty of food options- Doc Forests was our favorite. Most imports let the room was clean, ocean front and offered washer dryer, towels, dishwasher, kitchen and two beds. Will be booking a trip here next year. Highly recommend! "
