"This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. There were 7 of us the first night, and 9 the next two...

"Very clean home. Perfect location for viewing the 2024 eclipse. We've been to the Northern part of Vermont before but not the Irasburg area. It's very quiet and peaceful. The home is a lovely restored farm house with plenty of room for 8 in our family gathering age range 18-84. We had a great time. Had a check in snafu that was our fault due to the way the vrbo app displays info but resolved quickly. Hope we didn't bother the hosts ;-)"

"Property was exactly as shown on the site, right on the water, lovely views of the lake out the living room and kitchen windows. 5 bedroom layout worked well, beds were comfortable, linens spotless. Bonus points for having a leaf for the dining room table so all 9-10 of us could eat at the same table!"

Brendon’s communication was impeccable and much appreciated to ensure things were going smoothly throughout our stay. The kids loved daily outings to the lake and Jay Peak was a short drive away. "You know how some rental homes feel like an investment property the owners have put a C+ effort into furnishing? Well, this is the antidote to every mediocre rental you've ever stayed in. The care and detail that went into this property cannot be overstated. From the top notch kitchen to the incredibly comfortable mattress with high end sheets, you feel more like a guest in a good friend's home than a stranger renting a rando house. We definitely plan on returning."

"We had beautiful week. Nice cabin. The screen porch overlooking the lake was great. Owner was very nice. There was nothing in listing about bedding not provided. Pictures were taken with bedding on the beds. A Dock would have been huge plus. Very good value for the price."

It was cute and quiet, the owners were so welcoming and kind — eggs from their hens, some wood to make a campfire, a path to the river to explore…if you have kids, there’s a fabulous ice cream shop nearby with a fire truck you can sit in (it also has a slide!). Crystal Lake is nearby, and the cabin is located between Jay Peak and Burke Mountain, so it’s really great for outdoor enthusiasts. The cabin is on a quiet street with a sidewalk, which my toddler loved for riding...

"We quite enjoyed this pleasant apartment which had everything we needed. The living area is on the 2nd floor so we had to carry up our luggage. We were allowed to put our car in the lower level garage (snowy when we visited). The 2nd floor deck would be pleasant in warm weather and we were able to enjoy the light and view of the large windows and doors. We cook, so greatly appreciated the full kitchen and complete kitchenware."
