"The listing implied that this is a new condo. It is not! The listing may be new but the condo is old and in need of a quality paint job throughout. The kitchen lacked supplies, the coffee maker was a 2-cup size like in hotel room but there were no filters. The front of the oven has stuff dripping down it (I didn't open it) and the refrigerator was missing the brackets on the door making that part nonfunctional. "This cute little apartment is the perfect getaway spot and pet friendly! It was super clean and smelled fantastic. The fenced in backyard is perfect to just sit out and enjoy the warm weather, and to be outside with your dog! The bathroom is a great size and beautiful!
