We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is lovely and accommodating when something unexpected happens. They definitely help people feel special during celebrations! Some of the rooms could use some fixing up and we do wish there was better noise insulation between the rooms. The views are amazing and the easy access to the onsite restaurant is a bonus! The food is always great and the drinks are delicious!

We had an excellent time. They were so kind since it was our 20th anniversary they provided us with complimentary champagne. We had a beautiful ocean view. Georgies is a great place for dining as well.!

Was traveling with a young child and a friend. The loft room was great to be able to separate child, have plenty of room to spread out and play card games, and have modern conveniences such as a minifridge & microwave. The fireplace was a nice touch. View was amazing, access to the beach was great, parking was ample. Check in was easy and efficient. Pre-check in over the phone was great, staff had many great suggestions for what to do in Newport with a child our age. Appreciated the convenience of Georgie's on site, restaurant has many options for dining across palettes and preferences.

This was a return visit for us as we like the area and the hotel. My only criticism on this trip was our room was not available for check in until 4:30. This derailed our plans for the night as we didn’t have the time needed to prepare for an event and had to change plans. If you going to be hard line about check out time then you absolutely have the rooms ready by check in time…

The room was great. Bathroom wasn’t the same as the photos show, and the fireplace and heater didn’t seem to warm the room. It also was a disappointment we weren’t able to dine in at the restaurant, wish we knew a head of time to make reservations. Staff was friendly. Just should upgrade a lot of the stuff for the price

Perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our Anniversary. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was toasty. Beautiful views from our balcony. Excellent customer service! We had a last minute change of plans and they did not charge us for one of the nights we cancelled after the cancellation deadline (thank you!). They also left us a bottle of champagne in the room, as we were celebrating my birthday, as well as my husbands. Really nice touch! We will be coming again.

What we didn't care for but understand was probably a code requirement was the night-lighted plug plate in the bathroom sink area near the front door. It's so bright at night it reflects of mirror back into the rooms and hard to sleep with it. It's always on when the lights our out.
