They gave me a key to a room that was being occupied. I went back and told them that the room was already occupied. Next room was not clean. There were still bits of candy and paper left on the carpet. The TV didn't work. The person that came to the replaced the remote and when it still didn't work ,he pulled the whole dresser away from the wall, only to find out ot wasn't plugged into the wall. I had no TV the day I checked into the hotel and the problem was never resolved until the morning before I checked out.

Worst service. I arrived on Friday night the guy who was there, did not even say good evening, horrible attitude, I asked for a crib for my baby and they told my husband to go downstairs and get it himself. then on Saturday morning my husband ask the lady who was at the front desk, at what time they open the mini shop they have she answered with a bad attitude “they already close” it was 9am and they closed the area where they sell coffee and yorgourt. All the staff even On Sunday when we were leaving another lady at the front desk with a horrible attitude. Worstttt service in my whole life.

After checking with the staff, the restaurant had not closed early on Saturday or Sunday so I'm not sure what time this had taken place. Our hours are posted online as well as in the key packet insert our guests receive at check in with the hotel information on it. As far as the employees you had encountered, I am passing this information on to my Front Office Manager to look into. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay.

The stay was nice and so was the rooms . In my kids room there was a yellow stain on the blankets , even tho I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk I had to walk down to get a new blanket. There were kids playing on my kids door and running all night !! It was the worst my kids was really scared ! Even when we reported it kids was still knocking on their door and running . Other then that the hotel was nice .

There was a very strong bug repellent smell In the elevator and the hallways. The indoor pool water very cloudy and appeared dirty. The woman at the desk was very pleasant. But the woman at the food counter was extremely rude and almost intentionally slow in her service. This was my first time staying at a Sonesta Hotel and I will not stay at one again.

Horrible beds. Have had a backache ever since. I travel often for business in this area and decided to try this hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable. Also, the overpriced dinner and breakfast were the worst I have ever had. Will not be staying at this one again.

Went to swim booked two days sat and Sunday. The pool was closed Sunday. Asked for the pit to be lit they didn’t light the pit. First room wasn’t clean second room ok. Asked to move to third room with balcony air didn’t work .

The pool being closed was a decision we had to make due to it needing to be cleaned. However, the fire pit should be turned on every night by 5pm and I apologize this was not done. I chose to stay here because you offered extra beds. When we arrived and asked for one the woman had no idea of where they were or how to get one. We had 2 adults,2 teenagers and a 8 year old. Did not make for a comfortable nights sleep. We also had to ask for more bath towels because there were only 2 in the room.

It's very close to great restaurants and the mall. Also, it is very clean and the staff is amazing!! The rooms are very small however and the walls are very thin!! Overall, the cost is reasonable and the staff makes the experience really nice!!

One snag encountered this time
We stay here frequently and find it very good. This time the only snag was we were given a room that was missing the light blocking curtain. I reported it upon check out and was told they that curtain was being repaired and the room was not to have been booked. She apologized but should probably have offered some kind of discount or other perk for the inconvenience.
