Diana, one of the check in staff was very accommodating to change my room to a 2 bedroom since my sister decided to take a last minute trip. And the lady who attended the breakfast/bar area was very nice as well; I couldn’t read her name tag to compliment her. The room and bathroom were very clean; the best I’ve seen comparable to other 4 star review hotels.

front desk reception wonderful / a lot of noise on our 5th floor at night though - saw next morning there were a lot of younger people staying as well / it was loud but overall a nice place to stay - would have loved a continental breakfast too

Didn’t feel safe ultimately. Cars were coming to and from the property at all hours of the night and with me being handicapped, sometimes, I couldn’t even find handicapped parking because they allowed those without placards to take the spaces. There was also a water leak on the second floor and the water in the room wasn’t even that hot. The television was old and not even that bright at all. The amenities are so barebones that it’s insane.

Every time I’ve stayed it has been so peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing! I love the atmosphere, the body wash and lotion because sometimes you forget something at home! The beds are amazing and the rooms are so comfortable and spacious!!
