"I was in time square area for business . Hotel was decent enough in a good location to walk to many restaurants and attractions but they had 0 amenities . No bar , coffee station ( only a coffee maker in your room) no lounge / business area ,just a small check in area. It makes it very hard to justify the daily resort fees on top of the crazy NY taxes . Room was very small per usual and had a slight order . May be time to clean the carpets. The staff was very nice. "Very nice hotel but would’ve been nice to know that the pool and outdoor bar were under renovation. The downstairs bar was closed on a Friday night, apparently due to staff shortage. The room was immaculate though, bed very comfy, and friendly service all around. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Very safe, walkable location. "
