The rooms were very very small and we could hear the people in the room next to us who had tv on all night. The walls were too thin, rooms too small too close. My husband did not sleep at all. We would not stay there again.

Close to everything you want to see in NYC! Stayed here for my first trip and was pleased with the location. Rooms could have been better kept, there were stains on the curtains and sheets. Staff were friendly and changed sheets upon request, but for the price the rooms should be cleaner. Room was small but this is common for the city.

Location is great for transportation. The rooms are small but clean. Lower floors have noise from HVAC system outside. In room AC is noisy too.

The staff was super friendly and amazing. Very accommodating and quick to reply when we needed a second luggage rack in the room. It took less than 5 minutes for them to bring it to the 21st floor. The rooftop bar was awesome it became our nightly nightcap spot with beautiful views! The only small thing was the "farmhouse" doorsto the bathroom were clumsy and didn't quite close securely. (Not a big deal) Will definitely stay here next time I visit the city!!!

Check in was very smooth and I was offered two different types of rooms to choose from. Small room as they tend to be in New York but the rooms were high quality and comfortable. Also very convenient for getting to Penn station (subway / nj transit)

The beds were really comfortable and the room was so quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Liked the doorman and friendly and helpful staff too.

Stayed here for five days and had a pleasant stay. The pillows are surprisingly comfortable (hotel pillows are usually flat). Yes, the rooms are a bit smaller, but it's NY. It's expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.

The room was nicely appointed but it was tiny and poorly lit. The lack of light was more disturbing than the lack of space. There is virtually no lobby so there is nowhere to go to get comfortable except in bed or on an outside patio where the lobby normally would be. But it was cold and rainy during all but one of our vacation days. There is a small refrigerator in the room which is adequate, but no microwave. When I asked desk staff if a microwave is available for guest use, she said “no.” Positives are that the rooms and hallways look to have been recently redecorated. They were modern and clean but the shower leaked through the sliding doors. Housekeeping service was generally good. We would not stay there again.

Check in was horrible I will never come back here again!! $400 room for 1 night and I couldn’t even heat up my food due to “no microwave” I’m not buying that very negative encounter with the receptionist I feel so uncomfortable and angry check out can’t come any faster !!

The front desk manger Charles is awesome and kind. Providing guests cookie and the water. Helping with sightseeing. He did above and beyond. I stayed here two years ago knowing him so glad come again. Also the front desk night agent Chrystal R is sweet. Having me breakfast Vochur helped me so much. Make me ways want to come back.

Staff and rooftop bar service was good and great walking distance to Madison Square Garden to catch a Knicks game however, to get to my room I had to go through two doors that had a small room connected to my neighbors room in the corner of the building which was a little bit of an inconvenience when trying to get in and out of the room. I also did not receive my $100 deposit for the room after I left and I was told my front desk staff after I left that they had disbursed the refund back to my account which I never received. Besides that overall good location, clean, and friendly.
